Lovely stay a special shout out to bar staff at drop inn!! All staff was friendly helpful and easy going. The grounds was always clean and even other people who was staying was friendly. The sauna was amazing especially the view from the hydro pool!! I can’t wait to come back and hopefully my drink we created at drop inn will be on menu!!!

Nice spa and good service. My booking hadn’t the breakfast included so I paid for it. They charged me £18 for 1 egg, 1 hash brown, beans and 1 pice of bacon. I was extremely disappointed with it as I was expecting better food quality and quantity for the price.

Last Drop Village was without a doubt the best accommodation experience I had in the UK. The spa and swimming facilities within the village were excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this place!

A small hidden gem. I just stayed for a night here as I was visiting Bolton. The hotel is nice with ga ood car park and is very clean. The room was spacious and had the necessary amenities like coffee and teabags etc. There was no notice in the night and I had a good sleep.
The breakfast was delicious, but the only problem was the delay in taking orders and serving it. I really enjoyed the stay. Would recommend to anyone. There is a good spa but I didn't have time to use the facilities.

A lovely little hotel-turned-village that exceeded our expectations for a wonderful weekend getaway. The spa was lovely and it was relatively easy to book in for. The spa reception was very quick to email back! When my partner and I were stuck in traffic and couldn't get to the restraunt for our reservation for Afternoon Tea, they were happy to accommodate us for a later time. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable and bigger than expected to be plus it was quiet and not too far from reception. The room was a bit hot at night and could have used a fan. I'm sure reception could have accommodated us but we got back to our room around midnight and felt bad to contact reception so late at night.

Room was ok.

Noisy people upstairs.

Music blaring until 2:00am in the morning.

Waited 30 minutes to receive our breakfast which never came after asking THREE times.

Left without eating.

Won’t stay there again.

☹️

Old fashioned and very basic The place was clean and staff are friendly Very old fashioned rooms when the outside and the reception doesn’t give that impression. Room very very basic indeed and not a great bathroom and I had the executive suite. Breakfast isn’t worth the money.

Comfortable stay in a welcoming hotel. Great food and quiet bedrooms away from the bar Nice safe location with lovely pool and spa area Some of the rooms need a little updating but that’s being super picky really

The staff were all happy and friendly ready to help and advice with any queries. Didn't like the breakfast as there was a hair on my egg and the coffee was cold .

I booked in for a treatment at the Spa and had the pleasure of being looked after by Adeeba, who was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. Adeeba was not only lovely and kind, but she also explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Her technique was perfect, and I left feeling like a new person

Last drop, was the best stop! Received a very friendly reception, and after having a prior booking elsewhere that was not so nice, it was very refreshing.

The staff were very relaxed and informative, nothing too much trouble.

The spa facilities were wonderful, and although we had a booked time slot, this did not feel mi ro managed in any way. We respected the fact it may be busy and just enjoyed our time there.

The food was also really nice, and they catered to our requests. Brunch was excellent, and it's clear they have improved their food quality. Great service too.
Would have been nice to have water in the room, but it's just a small thing that did not impact our stay in any way.

Spacious rooms, pool was bigger than expected and nice to have the spa facilities. We took our dog and she was made very welcome, service and friendliness of staff was disappointing, to the point that I would probably not stay again. Breakfast also disappointing in terms of choice and arrived not hot enough. We went to the on-site pub, and enjoyed the traditional pub games, good service in the pub and reasonable food.
