The duvet in room 13 could do with changing. I stayed on the Friday night. Stripped the bed for the cleaner as I like to help the cleaner out a bit. When I returned 10 days later. Stripped the bedding. Same duvet with orange stain on

The property was beautiful, the staff were so accommodating and welcoming.
It was very noisy at nighttime, the doors were banging loudly and you could hear everything going on around you while trying to sleep.

I love photographing weddings at the Last Drop - its one of my most frequented venues, and its easy to see why its the venue of choice for so many of my couples. Lovely surroundings, the quaintness of the village itself (and the picture opportunities it affords!), the size of the ballroom, the options for outdoor ceremonies….the list goes on. And lovely, helpful staff too, which really does make a difference to the day!

Comfortable, good value for money, good choice at breakfast.
Wedding guests were a bit noisy.
Receptionist wasn't very friendly. Waiting staff at breakfast were lovely, friendly, helpful and efficient

Booked this for my friends birthday. What a place. We have been to various spa hotels and for what we paid here it out shines any of them.
Fantastic staff, room stunning, spa facilities amazing, can tell they maintain the equipment and rooms. Really can not fault the place, breakfast was so nice. If you haven't visited then book.
The thermal pool looking out to the housing estate isn't really that much of an issue but would be the only thing I would change.

fantastic birthday trip
everything, the setting is stunning. perfect birthday night away for my best friend. was worth every penny. the breakfast was stunning, the facilities were amazing. The spa in general was great and best quality equipment, great to see it kept well. I actually can not fault a thing at this place. I'll be back for sure. the village itself is just beautiful.

The spar (especially the hydro pool) was absolutely brilliant, so relaxing. Staff were very helpful, room was spacious and clean, extremely comfortable bed. Vegan options were great especially oat milk iced latte.💙

I stayed in this hotel a couple of days ago and what a lovely hotel indeed very peaceful and quite area and the rooms are nice and clean comfy beds and the staff are very friendly indeed and the young girl named Jess who work in the restaurant very nice and friendly and has smile on her face and friendly lovely sitting area out the front of the hotel too to sit and have a few drinks or meal too.

Arranged my sisters hen do for 14 of us - overnight package including 2 course meal and breakfast with access to spa facilities. I also paid for a private dining room. It was excellent, from start to finish everyone I spoke to was so helpful. Special shout out to Jess and the catering team serving our evening meal - so approachable and helpful, the food was delightful and everything was served hot and quickly. Breakfast was equally as nice. We only had access to the private dining area until around 9.30 and had to move to the Drop Inn bar at that point. Unfortunately there was no music and the juke box didn’t work, which did put quite an abrupt end to the night as it did dampen the atmosphere a bit. As a group of nearly 40/over 40s we were looking for a raucous evening but some music in the background whilst have a cocktail would have finished the night off nicely. Spa facilities are lovely with a range of sauna and steam rooms. And the actual area/ surroundings itself - reminds me of being in a little town. Really was beautiful!

We had our wedding here April 2025 and we cannot thank the venue and staff enough. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish, staff were attentive, kind and friendly.
Rooms were lovely and clean, food phenomenal and spa stunning.
Highly recommend here for weddings and a stay in general.

Lovely location
Once getting there checking in we wasn’t told we needed to book a time slot for the spa, we then wasnt told we needed to pay for robes or even offered them. 3 times we had to go back to reception from our room for information. As we wasn’t told to book a spa time slot we only managed to get in to the spa for 30mins so didn’t get chance to experience all facilities.

The staff was very helpful the food was excellent especially the Sunday roast at the drop inn, but the room we stayed in was dark and very dated and not overly clean, the spa was very overcrowded as was the hotel itself and noisy so not very restful unfortunately
