Breakfast was fine, service for tea was poor(forgot us) . Menus in dining room, very poor, could hardly make out what was on offer and price.
As above, menus could have been more legible, tea and coffee in rooms poor, poor selection and no complimentary biscuits.

The spa is a bit strange. Pool and sauna are good. But the outside thermal pool is basically on a car park. Not great sitting there in your swimming costume with people walking past and parking cars feet away. Room was clean and the staff were friendly. Food was very good and staff were friendly. The village aspect was lovely but overall it felt like a spa hotel plonked in a housing estate

Enjoyable stay, excellent food in all locations
The village was a lovely surprise. Shops , coffee shop/takeaway and a pub. Food very good in all locations. Breakfast very good, decent choice.
A lady on reception wasn't very helpful when we asked about the locality, basically was told they don't have any leaflets because there was nothing to do around there, although there are some lovely walks around the reservoirs.

I have stayed in the main hotel before and prefer the standard room in the main hotel rather than the courtyard room but still the quality of the facilities very good and will come again.
That we had to pay for robe and slippers whereas last time I came it was in my room already and there were no additional price

We had our wedding at the last drop village 10.10.2025 we paid for a wedding package that included the food and the DJ with some drinks and canopies.
We stayed the night before the big day and we booked the honeymoon suite the day before as we also got that room as part of the package.
Well what a day we had nothing was too much trouble for our wedding co-ordinate Jaqueline, she ensure the day went very smooth for us and it seems to just flow keeping us relaxed with no worries about anything , the team was just fantastic they work tirelessly to ensure our day was special , the food and drinks was really good and the DJ was brilliant too.
If you are thinking of getting married this venue is stunning with stunning views and the team on site are superb.

Showers in the leisure facilities were grubby, with mould and missing grout. Some tiles were displaced.

It It was my first for 55 years and whilst the hotel was greatly enlarged it was as described on the website.
My room wasn't serviced after the first night's stay. No pen in the room and amazing they had no Marmalade available at breakfast.

I had an inner beauty facial and inner calm massage today and both were absolutely amazing. The therapist Ria was friendly, explained everything clearly and her overall manner was relaxing and calming. When I arrived, the reception staff were also very welcoming and friendly, showing me upstairs to the relaxation area where I chilled before my treatments. Highly recommend Ria, who is extremely good at what she does. She asked if I'd like her to focus on any areas, and now my upper back is knot free!! I cam away feeling like a new person with glowing skin, couldn't be happier. I'll be back soon for more 😀❤️

Poor attention to detail. Rooms need deep cleans. Rooms also need mufflers or hinges on doors! Food is only adequate! Car park is too small and needs better lighting.
