Superb The facilities were excellent, everything you need in one place and very accommodating after a late concert keeping their bar open for the several guests that were arriving late after the show. All staff were lovely and very efficient. Will be back to enjoy their facilities better next time.

Literally somewhere to stay for a night, not exactly the treat I was hoping for. the bar area, reception and outside are are very nice. the rooms are clean but very dated and to be honest are quite depressing.

Pleasant The bed was comfy staff friendly and the extra bonus after we attended pink concert the hotel put on a late bar and pizza service. Rooms were basic for the money would have liked to have bottled water in the room and maybe a little biscuit for the cup of tea

A very enjoyable stay and would recommend to others visiting Bolton. We stayed to attend a concert at the Bolton Arena (around 15-20 mins taxi ride) - the hotel was reasonably priced for the 1 night taking into consideration the free spa access and free parking. Our executive room was comfortable and the bed was nice but the overall room and bathroom is just quite standard and not what I would call ‘executive’. The spa was a great perk to the stay - again like the room, it’s not overly luxurious but it does provide a nice way relax and unwind after a long journey. The food at the main/bar restaurant was very good and so to the breakfast. The other outbuildings for the pub are a bit dated but the main bar is a nice place to hang out. All in all a pleasant stay.

Terrible journeys up and back but the hotel and accommodation made up for it! Short visit for a family birthday. All were great! Nothing

Superb The spa and the separate located rooms No music in the bar, just constant football on the large TV, would be better with music channels or YouTube for a better atmosphere

Very good Spa very clean brilliant facilities, breakfast really good, staff friendly and helpful room clean We were in the court yard rooms and it's very noisy If you have a ground floor, we were right next to the steps as well which didn't help with the early morning traffic checking out.

Some parts of the complex needed a bit of TLC.

Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed and nice spa The spa was much better than I expected: a good sized pool, great variety of rooms with different temperatures and humidities and a lovely thermal outdoor pool. The food was excellent and they catered for a gluten free diet with no problems. The staff at reception, in the restaurant and the bar were all excellent. Room slightly smaller than we normally book

Exceptional My son has Autism and it was his birthday the staff made such a fuss off him really going above and beyond from reception to the spa. The breakfast was lovely, bed are comfy and the spa and pool are very clean. Its not that I didnt like it but pub on site for food was very expensive and very limited in the menu when we go back we would eat in the restaurant.

Exceptional Great stay with family everything was excellent from start to finish . If anything to mention just one thing about the room near ours 107 placed a full tray of food that they didn't seem to eat out on the corridor and it was there on the floor from tea time until the morning after , until cleaners arrived and took it away . It wasn't a nice view or smell left on the carpet when you are going into your room.
