Lovely building.
Staff polite pleasant and helpful. The bed in room 50 was rock hard. Couldn't sleep.

I had a lovely experience, I was at the hotel for a wedding and stayed over for the night. the grounds are beautiful and the staff really friendly. I also really liked my room

The restaurant was expensive for the quality of meal.
Breakfast charges - on line £11.50, in advance at the hotel 14.95, on the day 18.95. These price differentials are ridiculous. I had my card ready to pay 11.50 at the desk and was told it was an on line offer - the email offer did not state it was an on line only price. They did honour it but it took 2 staff members to sort it and I had to show the email as proof at the desk, embarrassing and not what we want on short break away.
Only booked a week before our stay and was inundated with daily emails about various extras . I felt quite dissatisfied with my booking , feeling my stay was going to be very basic and I would be missing out.

Nice to return and had a relaxing break away.
Facilities were good. Spa was lovely but view from infinity pool has been spoilt by recent construction of new houses, which is a real shame.
Prices in bars were quite expensive. We walked to local pub in the village on the evening to eat.

My stay was way better than I expected.
The venue/location, the gym, the spa and the size of the room were amazing! The staff were super helpful!! There was plenty of parking too.

Beautiful hotel would definitely recommend, spectacular value, great location, staff are very friendly and the spa/poil facilities are absolutely incredible, the food options were great and reasonably priced and the overall location definitely lived up to its village name.

Good but could be better
The bar area and the outside areas are lovely to relax on and the staff are very friendly, the food was out of this world in the clock tower restaurant.
The signs around the cottages aren't very visible as the shrubs need to be trimmed back , the cottage smelt damp .

Overnight business stay for 1 night.
Nice room, nice staff and nice Spa facilities. Lots around the hotel including shops and a couple of pubs, so not just stuck in your room. Breakfast was really good. Easy check in and out.

The event
Stains on the bed, spa reservation was never made (error on there side) so had to wait an extra hour, our names weren’t on the list for the event we paid to attend

Spa is decent, the gym could be expanded. I'm a member of the gym and the weekends are way too busy to use the spa facilities. The car park being half shut as well is very annoying I'm having to park outside of the grounds! Which isn't great for the price per month.

Been loads of times.It is predictable for us be we know we will get a nice room, great evening meal and breakfast. The spa has 5 small rooms for different saunas and steams and a warm pool and swimming pool. It is not in the most picturesque location but we like it.

Very pleasent stay
Excellent facilities, plenty of parking. Various places to eat on site. I was breaking a journey between SW Wales and Scotland and this was a great place to destress.

Booked an executive double, bed and breakfast. Pleasant check in with duty manager also introducing themself. Pleased with the room - clean and large with super king bed, large screen TV and sofa, good shower and quality toiletries. Exactly as expected in a 4 star hotel. At check in we were warned that there were 2 coach parties so we would need to book the restaurant for dinner - we decided not to and went to a local restaurant 10 mins walk away. Now the however, one of the coach parties were at breakfast when we arrived. Both the service and quality of breakfast seemed to cater primarily for the coach party. Limited choice of continental, the cooked breakfast was poor quality - the bacon looked as though it had been under a heat lamp and dried out (although it was not a buffet breakfast). Breakfast was not the standard we have experienced in other have 4 star hotels.

Cute hotel but needs a bit of updating and better smell insulation between rooms
It’s a nice hotel and has some good facilities, with a nice gym and pool. Gym is for age 16+ which was a shame for our kids who wanted to use it too. The room was spacious. Cute set up with the shops too.
The next door room smoked overnight and our room stank of smoke. Odd it didn’t set off any alarms. They ozone cleaned the room the next day so the smell stopped for our second night but it was very unpleasant, the smoke seemed to be pumped round the whole building and directly into our bathroom.

We stayed here for our 7th wedding anniversary this time but have stayed here many times before for our anniversary and yet again it was an amazing experience. This time we took advantage of the all inclusive deal which not only gets you dinner, bed & breakfast with use of the spa but it also gives you all inclusive drinks between 6-10pm. The food as always was excellent and the atmosphere and surroundings were on point! Overall another 10/10 stay with the hotel!

I have been to The last drop village and Spa this morning. Can I just say it was absolutely amazing. I lead a very busy life and to come here to visit the spa was so good . My therapist was called Fleur she was very good at her job . I love the last drop it’s so laid back. Thankyou to all the staff for making my visit pleasurable .
