A huge congratulations to Mike Evans on the exquisite upgrade to The Clock Tower Restaurant at The Last Drop Village & Spa, Bromley Cross. What a transformation!
Special thanks to Franco — his attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly set the standard. The food was divine; we highly recommend the prawns in arrabbiata sauce to start and the fillet steak for the main course. Absolutely cooked to perfection! Hats off to the chef and the entire team of waiters and waitresses for creating a genuine 5-star dining experience.
We were so impressed that we’ve already booked again for this week — and we can’t wait to dine here at Christmas. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Another restful and enjoyable stay. The Staff are all very helpful and friendly. The Manager who was in charge during the night-time, I think her name was Mia, was so very professional when dealing with a nasty customer... not a resident. I can't recommend her highly enough for her calmness and good manners, even though she was being verbally abused. The Spa was out of commission due to a heating issue. This was fixed for Sunday, but the pool was still far too cold to use.

Will definitely be returning. This hotel exceeded expectations for me. Staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was lively but not too loud. The spa facilities were excellent considering this is included in price. I loved how the breakfast isn’t a buffet and was prepared individually. Nothing!

The hotel and rooms we have stayed in are very nice and clean.
Staff are friendly and the restaurant serves nice food. Service was very slow on this visit but we weren't really in a rush.
Breakfast is cooked and continental with quality ingredients.
Spa treatments were nice but the Spa rooms aren't great. There were only a few. Pool and jacuzzi are nice though.
I'd suggest you take your own pool shoes because the slippers aren't great.

A fabulous hotel, other than the temperature of the pool. Would definitely return. Pool was cold and children weren't allowed in the spa suite which had warm pool.

Comfortable stay at short notice Really comfortable room, spacious and warm. Lovely bedding. Tea and coffee in the room and wide range of room service options. Room service is pricey and soup portion small. Pillows were uncomfortable. Could be a bit cleaner.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Good to use the spa in the morning. One towel for a double room. We arrived late so couldn't ask for another.

Lovely relaxing stay, the biggest disappointment was the weather! We loved the ambience of the village. We didn't use the spa facilities, but we could see others enjoying them. The room was very spacious, warm and cosy and very quiet. Unfortunately, our bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well, and we had to clean the toilet before we could use it! We did report it to the receptionist the following morning.

The spa access Their breakfast pattern is not the best, I believe buffet breakfast is far more better, foods get cold before it gets to you and also their hot drinks is not hot as it supposed to be

Nice stay, clean and tidy Lovely hotel, great staff, spa looked great. Rooms were clean and tidy The corridor through to the room moved as you walk on it. The stairs bend as you walk down to reception, the hall in the older block has a bad smell of lager.

Hotel and fa militias great but food and service let it down Food was decent but no coffee served. I think buffet styles work best No drinks provided. Took coffee ordered but none arrived and it was that busy didn't see anyone to ask. On leaving the queues to get in to sit down were horrendous. Also food in the restaurant was not great, limited choices and Miller and carter prices for steaks thst were average.

Booked for afternoon tea today . Disappointing - the soup was a surprise and nice and hot. Only two choice of sandwich- three fingers each. Two mini scones three very mini cakes and one mini biscuit.
Absolutely not value for money at nearly £30 each sat in a bar area.
Would I recommend-no
Would I return- no
Needs improvement
