Room was spacious and clean but a little cold. Reception staff very polite and helpful. We booked breakfast for 1015 on the Sunday. We arrived a the restaurant at 1010 and were seated by 1015 when our order was taken for two full English breakfasts. We eventually got served our food at 1110. Unfortunately there was no communication from the staff as to why there was such a delay as people who arrived after us had been served and left the restaurant. My wife asked on two occasions why we had been waiting so long and got told they would chase it up with the kitchen. This was the only negative during our stay but did put a bit of a cloud over the stay.

We checked in at 2 pm but had a little wait until around 3 pm for our room. We booked a family room that was just right for us, featuring a cozy double bed, a sofa bed, and a single bed—plenty of space for everyone!
The kids were eager to take a dip, but the pool was quite popular during our visit. Breakfast was delightful, and we were thrilled to find a convenient parking spot nearby. We also enjoyed a lovely stroll around the hotel and stumbled upon some charming little shops in the area.

I stayed the weekend of the 29th august 2025. I stayed for a awards night called BATS where I managed to injure my ankle whilst dancing to Cotteneyed Joe. The Night Manager, Zoe was pedefect, I couldn't have asked for a better night for my ankle injury as zoe was ASAP to me, she took outstanding care off me , kept me calm all whilst her fellow colleagues we're.rushed of there feet zoey would be right there attending to all my needs. Zoe in my opinion deserves some sort of customers appreciation award.

Stayed as a booking through Spa Breaks. Facilities and spa were good. The room was comfortable but over the bar terrace which was noisy after midnight with furniture being moved and loud voices.

Beautiful facility, very clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful, loads to see and do in such a small area. Will definitely be back again at some point!

Very nice hotel, the village vibe is very cute. The carpets could be changed in the rooms but otherwise very nice.
Great facilities and bar/restaurant.

Stayed for business. Didn't get a chance to use the spa facilities.
Room was okay, food was good. Bed and shower was terrible.
The shower was one of those fixed to the wall, non movable heads above the bath with a retro fitted shower panel. The only problem was that the panel didn't fit because of the bath grab handle meaning a flooded bathroom floor.
The bed was two twins with a thin joining mattress which resulted in a horrible divit in which you struggle to sleep in.
Breakfast was included and was half decent, although the black pudding felt undercooked.
Dinner the night before was surprisingly good with good service. Just a shame the drinks range wasn't bigger.

Nice to visit short term. Try the pub at the rear where you get a different menu, more traditional. The Steak and Ale pie recommended. Breakfast, could be better. You have to select off a list, so the staff have do a lot of running around. Would be better as a self service. Also, don't ask for a cappuccino, most places just have a self serve machine, here you have to pay extra and the staff run off and fetch.

Went for a spa break over the bank holiday weekend in August. We arrived before 2pm so the room wasn't ready. We collected robes from reception and went to the pool and thermal suite. The locker wouldn't open as the bottom hinge had come loose. The thermal suite needs a refurb. It's a shame the pool overlooks the housing estate rather than the countryside. The treatment at the spa was good. Enjoyed the meal at the restaurant. The room was at the front above the the outside seating. People were outside talking loudly and moving furniture until the early hours which undid all the relaxation at the spa. Glad it was only one night. I had stayed previously in one of the courtyard rooms which was much quieter.

Check where you are dining before booking, also take earplugs as usually weddings on. But if you are prepared a good stay

Pleasant enough room, but could be cleaner. Lovely food and area. Great Spa, although limited access is annoying. Village atmosphere, having its own Inn and shops as well as a lovely Spa. Bakery disappointing in the small amount offered including melted ice-cream. Room was ok but not as big as I expected and not as clean.

Was ok for one night Staff very friendly for checking in and out. I think for the money I paid for one night the room was a little dated. It wasn’t disgusting by any means but me personally would have liked to have seen a more pristine room.

Much needed break The facilities were lovely and the staff were fabulous. The little village is so quaint and the shop owners really pleasant and accommodating.
The breakfast was delicious and prompt.
The mattresses and carpets were tired and stained and in need of updating

Would return to Last Drop- a little update in the Spa would be nice Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! Spa could do with TLC- funky smell from the steam rooms. Incorrect meal also on the evening in the bar- was given a complimentary drink

Lovely spa hotel. Could do with a few updates. Food was excellent. We stayed in a separate block which was nice & quiet. The spa facilities were really nice. Beds were comfy. Food was excellent 😊 The rooms were a little dated. The spa showers should be more private. Breakfast was a bit chaotic.
