This is by far my favourite spa treatment place in the area. Once up on the treatment floor you start the relaxation. No noisy gym or spa or towel dryers as I have experienced in other places. Noted on this visit it looked a little odd with the empty display cabinets but I believe they might be changing over products so completely understandable. Special mention is Ria who does an excellent deep massage and this time also tailored my time to fit in a mini facial. When you phone up you can ask for your preferred technician so no surprises who I will be asking for next time. Also great team on the front desk who helped with the booking and also kept my spot open when I was running late. I am a also a fan of Espa products, which is how I first discovered this place.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff occasionally slow service but didn’t ruin the trip but needs an update on the spa I really liked the management staff all were very accommodating and really wanted to put the personal touch on our perfect stay. The manageress helped me with our luggage which I thought was really thoughtful and honestly they are a credit to the team. The main restaurant was fantastic and the maitre d (unfortunately I lost his name but hes Italian) was really good and attentive to our needs a pleasant experience considering we turned up late! (So sorry again) Other guests were rowdy and it didn’t seem like the vibe it’s a lovely hotel but we had problems with noise arguing and fighting next door (although the hotel promptly sorted it out). There was also rude customers to the bar staff who got aggressive to them, I think on call security may have benefitted this. the spa requires a bit of updating and repairs (tiles missing in the infinity pool, steam room under maintenance,

All staff extremely welcoming and helpful. The spa was excellent, as were the onsite bars and "pub" food Bit of a challenge finding our room in the maze of buildings.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Reception staff and waiting staff were very professional. £5 charge for a robe at the spa when we've paid near £200 a night to stay seems ridiculous. Swimming pool was cold. In the room, the TV was wall mounted in a bizarre position making it difficult to watch comfortably.

A relaxing comfortable stay with the added advantage of a spa and shops to have a look in. Last drop village is in a lovely quiet setting. The hotel itself fits in a lovely made village setting, complete with lovely shops, nice garden views and its own country style pub. The spa facilities and pool were lovely and a great added bonus to our stay. Staff were all very accomadating and really welcoming. My only criticism is the leak we had from our shower. Every time we showered the water would leak through the silicon and cause a rather large puddle in the bathroom.

Winter spa experience. Really nice spa area, particularly enjoyed the halotherapy room & the infinity spa pool. The massage & facial inc in the package was really lovely. Clare the therapist was very calming & professional. The rest room afterwards was very relaxing. There's plenty of choices for food and drinks. Some of the areas could do with a bit of a spruce up, such as grouting and couple of missing tiles. This didn't detract from a lovely time.
The spa is very accessible with lift for the swimming pool and staff will take into the spa infinity spa pool, if informed in advance. The whole spa & public hotel areas are accessible. Such a refreshing change. I can bring my husband next visit.

One of my favourite places to go. The food is always first rate and the waiting staff and maitre'D' are the jewel in the crown.
Very accommodating to requests, can't wait to go back.

This is such a weird spa. It's in the middle of a housing estate which has clearly been built around much older building which have been converted. The thing is you are in the hydro pool nearly eye level with the cars in the car park and with a bunch of new build houses directly in front of you. The village shops thing is cute but the whole place just felt a bit like if Harvester ran a spa. The rooms are ok, but it all feels a bit tired and run down in places.
I will say the staff were always lovely, despite being very obviously run off their feet.
My husband had booked a massage as a birthday treat but it was awful. Spa massages can be hit and miss because usually the therapists are trained in so many things that the massage training is basic and minimal, but this didn't even meet the standards of a basic Swedish massage. (I used to be a therapist). I was little better than a rub. And at the end she basically wiped her hands down my face in what I think was meant to be some kind of face massage. Left as soon as I was dressed.
It's just all a bit of an odd set up.

Its a nicely situated hotel sitting in lovely grounds with a large car park. No complaints at all regarding the room or the service. We stayed just 2 nights. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and well maintained. Staff were excellent. Thankyou. Just wanted to mention one or two things regarding the Spa. It should be a nice experience and we were looking forwards to having a swim, steam and sauna. Alas it was not to be I'm afraid. The actual place is well laid out with changing facilities, a pool, beds and the Thermal suite of Saunas, Steam, Aromatherapy and Salt rooms surrounding a Hot Jacuzzi pool which has a semi outside feel with Infinity effect. Sounds good. In truth however it really needs a good cleaning regime putting in place. The windows (mainly dividing windows) are grubby and very obviously not cleaned regularly. The glass doors into each room are the same. Of the 5 rooms only the Steam room is lighted tho lights do exist in each.. the bulbs going and not replaced. Why? Did they all go at once?
The temperature of the main pool is quite chilly and certainly doesn't draw you in to swim. On day 1 the Thermal Jacuzzi pool was pretty uninspiring temperature wise yet on Day 2 it was great. The difference was quite marked. Why?. Someone says it's Time of Year that comes into play temperature wise. It was quite cold outside but surely it's part of the allure of the place and should be controlled as such. Lastly...the changing facilities. Though a little outdated the single comment I can make follows a familiar path...Cleanliness. Used towels on the floor, used plastic bottles cast aside, and tbh the place would benefit from steam cleaning followed by, again, regular effective housekeeping. I strikes me that it's a Super facility which is being badly let down by poor attention to detail. We booked on a good deal and too many things seemed avoidably Hit n Miss.
In short. I can imagine if cleaned and maintained the place will be so much better and therefore more of an enjoyable option for a short break. We came to visit friends and its more than likely we'll return to Last Drop. I truly hope they listen. I'll follow up.

This was perhaps one of the strangest places I've stayed at. Basically a tailor made, mock village. Very sweet.

However, there's a lot that could be improved.

The room was boiling hot, even when I opened windows and turned off the radiator. Given that it was about 4 degrees outside I've got no idea how the inside got to be sauna temperature.
Poor room amenities. No hairdryer, moisturiser or conditioner. I tend not to pack too much as most places offer these things.
The swimming pool changing rooms are badly in need of renovation.
The pool was freezing cold and dark - barely lit. The towel had a weird smell. The outside hot pool was lovely however.

The food in the he restaurant wasn't great. The pizza base was as thin as a wrap.

There's two ways onto the main road where the hotel is. One had the largest pot holes I've ever seen. I'm surprised my car wasn't badly damaged to be honest. Then severe speed bumps. I exited the other way and that was fine. When I mentioned it at check in, the receptionist grunted and was dismissive.

Overall, for the reasonable price it was ok but definite improvements could be made. I can't imagine it was would be hugely costly to make tweaks and then more could be charged anyway.

The main pool was very cold which meant alot of people went into thermal area which resulted in overcrowding . The changing need updating, showers , lockers , communal areas .

Very pretty setting.
Plenty of parking.
Rooms spacious.
Reception lady ‘Caitlin’ very friendly and helpful.
Said there was electric charging pint and there wasn’t on site.
Kids screaming and running around in the bar.
Would be useful to have bottled water in the room as nowhere to purchase this.
