Okay for a one night stop over Easy check in with polite staff.
Room was a decent room.
The window looked out onto an entrance to the leisure centre and was brightly lit. Flooded the room with light all night which disturbed my sleep. Black out curtains would have helped.

Great stay with great facilities with a nice view Checking in was easy and quick. Lots of facilities plus they have EV chargers (Monta Charge app needed) so had the extra peace of mind no worrying about where to charge. Shower was nice with good pressure Rooms were a bit dated and definitely in need of a refurb. Carpet had an Iron burn and looked tired. Bathroom was clean but had a bit of mould.

Food was excellent, everything else very underwhelming Food was excellent, location is good Room is extremely sparse, old fashioned and outdated, spa treatments done by inexperienced staff, room items such as coffee/tea, shampoos, very poor quality, shower was fixed and not flexible,

The spa, bar, foods and bar The TV was on side of bed which was awkward to look at. It should be in front of bed so you can comfortably watch TV in bed

Had a spa day including afternoon tea. Lovely experience with great staff. Accomadated my wheat allergy, no problem. No issues in any of spa areas. Facial and head massage was AMAZING.
The only slight niggle, and it is slight, is that there is only one working effective hairdryer in changing room so be prepared to wait to use it. Not a massive issue at all

Another fabulous stay at The Last Drop Village! From the professional staff who make you feel well looked after and at home, to the comfortable beds with luxury linen, super clean bathrooms, beautiful pool and delicious, well presented breakfast we really enjoyed our stay. Probably the best hotel in Bolton and the surrounding area.
Special thanks to Courtney who was great looking after us at breakfast.
We'd love to come back.

We only used the Spa and Pool, which was clearly 5 star, friendly staff, clean and the Saunas are great. Good range from Aromatherapy through to Steam Room, nice outdoor Jacuzzi. Spa staff do their job really well. One lady was giving high praise for their treatments. But every time I go to the bar at this Hotel, i don't feel the need to come back. On the first occasion, we waited 20 minutes for a coffee, and on the second occassion we had £40 left on a £100 voucher (which we had been told we would be allowed to spend the credit at the bar/ restaurant). We went to the restaurant bar and the guy clearly wasnt having this at all, and told us they didnt do that, didnt want us. We were confused but not surprised. I wasn't bothered, after the coffee experience, I didn't fancy the menu anyway. But what is the point in selling £100 Spa Day vouchers and telling customers you can use the credit in the restaurant. I wouldn't bother with the vouchers, just give cash to buy the £30 per person Spa service.

Everything was mostly ok food, drink and very pleasant and helpful staff. The only issue was every you need to go there are steps and stairs so if you are anyway disabled you will find your stay hard.

Comfortable while meeting all our family needs for a relaxing stay - especially the hot tub Very attractive location in its own little world of charm and scenery. Amenities were first class including the spa, hotel dining and cute shopping options. Loved the varied choice of dining and entertainment Beds were OK but some restless sleeping mainly due to the pillow choices.

convenient but the place is tired being up on the moors. there is a spa, gym and dogs allowed arrived late and informed them through booking.com but no response. All comms is automated. We had to call to say arriving late and informed front of house. We got in to our room at 10pm and it smelled of an ash tray. A member of staff visited and agreed and said we would be contacted in the morning from the duty manager. Again no comms received as a follow up. We spoke to them on check out. 50gbp was refunded for having a dog. The hotel is tired. Lots of basic diy touches up, stained carpets, gear in the gym is tired. Don't understand the shops on site. Of no benefit.

All good as always, didn’t eat or drink this time so can’t comment.
However both nights people running up and down the corridors and shouting and laughing really loud, into the early hours of the morning.

Tired and grubby in places Bar staff were polite and helpful Some of the public areas were jaded and in need of a refresh. The worst aspect was our bedroom. Carpet was worn and stained. Curtain stained. One bedside table has not been wiped with water rings orsomething similar. No tea bags with the kettle and reception could only offer herbal infusions. I expected better.

Okay for a one night stay. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly, especially at Reception. The location was great for us and there was loads of parking available. The room and the corridor to the room were tired looking and require updating. For the price, we thought we should have had a little more of a luxury feeling.
The cooked breakfast was only luke warm and served on a cold plate. However, it was delicious.
