Superb Lovely location with nice walks close by. The staff were professional and welcoming. We had a problem with our rooms in that the heating wasn't working but we were quickly moved. All areas were clean and well maintained. We didn't use the spa facilities but it seemed very popular. We ate in the bar area and our food was lovely. Nice choice at breakfast.

The stay way okay. Really really lovely setting.
It’s a shame that this hotel, which used to be an absolute pleasure to stay at, had been allowed to become slightly run down.
It’s just needs a bit of investment into refurbing the rooms and restaurants

I have just had 3 spa treatments for a birthday surprise. Lana who did my treatment and she was so lovely and brilliant at her job. I will be going again but only if Lana is available. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and happy Birthday for tomorrow x

I would go back again. Room was adequate. A bit noisy at times as families with children stay out playing in front of the rooms. Very comfortable bed and pillows were so good I had to telephone to ask where they purchased them from. I then bought some for myself. The noise a little bit and the food and drinks were pricey!

Superb The pools, the sauna, the bar, the breakfast, self service buffet,so pick what you want..the evening meal the bed was very comfy, the room was a good size, the staff are very attentive the location and facilities are very good.would definitely stay again as you can't blame the hotel for drunk idiots, but needs security/staff to intervene Drunk guests carrying on through the night, and no regards for others ,I'm surprised that there was not a security team or staff ,to ask them to shut up...the drunks carried on even as breakfast was being served..it's a shame guests can't be vetted , finally the hospitality tray could do with a few biscuits...

My daughter's wedding night was spent in room 80. Mold and a lovely spider in the wardrobe and damp walls!
I have emailed the Last Drop but as yet they haven't even acknowledged my complaint! Maybe they will when they see my review!

Great views and wonderful grounds. Rooms were clean but a little smaller than we expected. Room was clean. Landscaping and views were excellent. Loved the fountain in the courtyard cottages area. The food was good. The most friendly service was in the Drop Inn. The other eating areas were less friendly but still OK. Room was a little too small for two people. It was smaller than others we stayed in on our trip. Two of the windows would not work properly. One would not open and the other one in the bathroom would not close. We reported these to the cleaning lady after the first night. We had to ask for an extra bath towel since there was only one in the unit even though we registered for two people. Also, the room needs more draw space storage. We found the shelves in the closet a little cumbersome to use for storing our clothing. Would have liked to take more local transportation rather than having to drive our hired care everywhere. Could their be more information available on local bus, taxi, Uber services etc.?

Not worth the money. Loved the spa facilities. Bed linen was crisp and clean. Room was small and tired, shower leaking (staff left a towel to catch the dripping in the shower itself), room smelt damp and was very hot whilst it was a cold wet day. It was very noisy outside and a low humming noise continued throughout the night. The spa facilities should be cleaned more often.

Very relaxing and scenic setting with an excellent spa facility. Very nice countryside style settings. Everything is very clean despite it being a classical style building. The thermal suite, pool and all the spa are is very high spec and kept very clean. Can be pricey at times

Great spa shame about the rest The spa The food in the pub which could do with a make over and never been in a hotel that never cleaned the room or checked to see if we needed anything during our stay torn curtains spot lights outside light up the room at night and the location is in the middle of a housing estate no country side views you expect from the pictures

Awful service! Booked this hotel for our guests for our wedding close by. We went to stay prior to the wedding to check it out. Rooms are dated, service is shockingly poor when asking for assistance. Booking is not done through the hotel and confusing if you want to ask anything. 50% of our guests had a bad experience here. Watch out for all the extras they charge you for too…
Won’t be going back!

Amazing staff. Small rooms. The staff couldn't do more for you. Infact it was a very hot evening and they had run out of fans, explaining my dog was struggling in the hot room the staff went out and purchased more! The spa was nice and relaxing. The hotel is huge and there's plenty of space to go and have a drink/food in different locations, all dog friendly too. Breakfast was incredible, loads of choice and super fresh. Plenty of grounds to exercise your dog too. The room was small, and the carpets didn't look the cleanest, also smelt a bit like smoke. I would say expensive. Evening food (pizza round the back pub) wasn't great.
