Lovely place beautiful surroundings Beautiful location. Breakfast good though coffee could have been hotter. Lovely spa facilities loved the outdoor jacuzzi Room very basic and old fashioned could do with new carpet/curtains

Great Hotel The Spa is nice and staff are friendly. They need more staff to clean after groups of people leaving as tables are sometimes left very dirty.

Staff were nice. However Room cleanliness wasnt great, i did request another room but they were unable to change us over as we hadnt booked direct - so jad to settle with a room full of cobwebs and very stained carpet. Also the room was far too warm. The first morning we ordered breakfast and it didn't arrive despite us reminding staff numerous times. Eventually gave up and had to leave as we had appointments to to to but for 18.50£ persom not good. Still waiting on refund for this. The other mornings it was grand, although i think my complaint earlier may have had somwthing to do with that. The staff in the Spa were lovely and knowledgeable. Although the spa could do with retiling in places. I wouldnt class this hotel as a 4* hotel more like a 3*. Overall the stay was Ok. They just need to work on their cleanliness and the breakfast service could do with being a little quicker.

Breakfast was lovely
I don't eat pork so it would've been lovely to have an alternative such as chicken or beef sausages.
Thank you for a lovely day
I look forward to seeing you all again
The hotel and Staff were superb

A perfect choice for me and my family, including grandchildren. Dinner and breakfast were excellent with a good choice of items, including for vegetarians. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely location and good provision of parking spaces for disabled persons. When I ran out of coffee in my room, I had to ask three time for replenishment. My bedside lights did not work. Too much loud "pop" music in common areas, like the foyer/reception and lounge. I found it quite difficult to find a quiet and peaceful place without retreating to my room. Silence is golden!

Enjoyable and relaxing I like most things about this property and I will be returning The fact you have to pay to use the dressing gowns I think with the amount of money you pay the dressing gowns should be free to use

From the staff , food spa facilities and entertainment and everything else was amazing we really enjoyed our 2 night stay here and will definitely book again The only problem we had was that the heating in our room did not work correctly. Staff provided us with a plug in radiator though

Wonderful Food was amazing, room was spacious and perfect hot water. Spa and gym was just right. Would be nice if we had the menus for the places to eat in rooms than looking for them online, it took some time to find them, but other than that none.
