Enjoyed spa Room cleanliness. Cobwebs and spiders in bathroom. Tomatoe on chair in room. Wasn’t a stain. Could have cleaned easily.

Really pleasant stay Beautiful setting. The part Of the hairdryer that can be taken off was not the right one for the hairdryers and didn't fit it at all so that was a bit disappointing.
The iron in the rooms didnt work. I got another one delivered really quickly to the room and it didn't work either but I got a 3rd one really quickly that did work so I was grateful that it was rectified really quickly.

Absolutely loved our couple of nights stay here! Relaxing, recharging stay ♡♡
Delicious food in the Inn, excellent breakfast. Fantastic pool and thermal experience. Also had a hot stone massage ~ was excellent!!! Highly recommend! Good location for good walks.. Also good location if you fancy venturing out to local pubs. We visited the Cross Guns on the Saturday night, delicious food & live entertainment. Only thing that would improve the rooms.. more tea & coffee supplies & shower gel and soap. Also, we had a very long wait for food at nighttime in the Village inn, after booking a table on check in.. no tables were free for 25 minutes, then long wait for food. Parts of my meal were tepid, so sent it back. This was replaced and delicious, but my partner had eaten by the time i got mine.
Staff are fantastic throughout the qhile of the Last Drop Village❣️ We will definitely return.

Lovely refreshing relaxing spa break. Pool not family friendly Reception staff helpful and happy and breakfast staff 5 year old using the pool in the morning, some of the other swimmers didn't appear happy, maybe regulars expecting a quiet morning swim, my child was splashing around enjoying himself but made to feel he had to be quiet in a corner, disapproving looks etc

The spa was lovely and well kept, with friendly staff. The lack of fans or AC was concerning in the warm weather.

Definitely recommend really comfortable stay Really helpful friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Beautiful spot and lovely little shops and courtyard area People on a spa day were in the bar lounge in their swimming costumes, which I thought was unnecessary.

Lovely pool and spa. Good access to the surrounding area for walks. The hotel is smart, attractive, and well laid out with lots of areas to sit. Breakfast service was poor, very slow and the food was only warm and didn't have the items asked for.
Bar service in the hotel was slow with not enough staff.
