We had a wonderful time, we will return again in the near future!! The staff were extremely professional and made our stay on the first night of tier 3 safe and comfortable. The food is lovely and the spa is the best I’ve used!!

The Last Drop made the best of things during covid19. Social distancing was in place at all times. Shame the same menu was presented each of our 2 nights but it was early week so maybe expected.

Enjoy coming here , staff always friendly and helpful. We like the treatments and the hydro pool. The menu in restaurant was limited but due to the way things are due to COVID I understand that they don’t want to get lots of food in , we where waiting to see if the tier was changing while we were away . The restaurant did accommodate us tho

We a lovely relaxing stay here, all the staff were lovely and welcoming. Good to see all safety measures in place which made it all so worth the trip. I would definitely recommend if you need some all important time out to relax.

Just wanted to say a big Thank you to all the staff at the hotel. But especially Sarah! She made our visit so much more enjoyable. She couldn’t do enough for us, always asking if we needed anything or if she could help. Which as everybody knows you don’t always get the customer service right in hotels. She was a credit to the them. We stayed in an executive suite. The room was lovely, very comfortable bed. Our deal included bed and breakfast plus evening meal and we also got a free glass of wine each and a £10 voucher towards extra food. The staff all wore masks at all times and there was a one way system in and out. The spa was fabulous with the extra bonus of a hydro pool. Because of COVID we were expecting it to be closed but we got an allocated time slot and there was less than 10 people in the spa/ swimming pool, which made distancing quite easy and when it was time for us to go in, a long came a member of staff to clean the area. So you couldn’t fault them. We’ve been here quite a few times and never been disappointed, so would recommend to all.

Really fantastic place with lots of nooks and crannies to explore - unfortunately much of this was closed because of the lockdown. Nonetheless the staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and pleasant.
We had to book a slot for the pool and again many of the facilities such as the sauna were closed. No fault of the hotel of course and what a treat to be able to go in a pool at all! The heated infinity pool had a somewhat underwhelming view of the car park but despite this was an incredible experience, the tropical shower was a must do.
We were able to take drinks outside from the bar and sit, the bar is well stocked and has a good wine and cocktail menu.
Again with the lockdown we had to eat in our room rather than the restaurant but the hotel waived the charge for this and the food and drink was beautifully presented and of a great standard.
Room was spotless, bathroom had obviously been recently remodeled. Only small fault was that the shower screen didn't really do anything so had to put a towel on the floor to catch the flood!
We came home refreshed and relaxed.

Extremely friendly staff, some going above and beyond to help. It was a lovely hotel and in a beautiful location. The staff could not do enough to help, especially in the bar area, food was lovely. Would definitely visit again.

Great location. The hotel exceeded my expectations . The room was spacious , clean, great facilities and I had a lovely view . Had a few drinks in the bar. Excellent cocktails and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast which was very nice and great selection. I would definitely stay again and next time use the Spa as well.

Accomodation price was fair but the drinks and food were too expensive. Me and my partner dont mind pay for good products but the food wasnt overly pleasant either for dinner or breakfast. Room was clean and staff were quite nice but I didn’t enjoy the stay as much.

Lovley Overnight Stay
Very friendly staff who greeted you in corridor and made our visit really pleasant. The executive rooms were spacious - the chocs, slippers and robes were a nice touch. The spa pool was lovely though am worried about the view disappearing when building work is complete. Isabel in the restaurant was so nice and friendly. The other servers also were pleasant but busy.
Woman on health club check in was abrupt, even when she discovered she was looking at the wrong day for bookings! Guys were pleasant enough though. Disappointed that when I checked in, I checked that beakfast was included on both rooms. When we visited the restaurant were told only included in one room, even though both rooms booked at same time. Had family with me so didn't want to make a fuss. TV reception was awful.

Lovely location, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
Room was spacious, warm and quiet the bed was really comfortable, we had a really good night's sleep. The spa facilities were fabulous and just what we needed to relax and unwind. We booked breakfast where there was plenty to choose from to suit all tastes, our cooked breakfasts were ample with the perfect poached eggs!
No loo roll in our room and only 2 teabags provided. But when we asked for more at reception we were given extra.

My room was attractive, spacious with a huge comfy bed and spotlessly clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly, Breakfast was lovely and the service was first rate. Beautiful view from the front of the hotel. I relaxed for 1/2 hr before checkout and just enjoyed the sun and comfy chair! The only thing that wasn't perfect was the TV which had very little signal so only a few channels and no means to sort it with the remote. I am sure if I had let Reception know they may have been able to sort it!

After all the craziness it was lovely to get away and relax. Facilities lovely. I have stopped numerous times here whether it be for weddings/ night away with my husband and this time we stopped in the courtyard. The room was lovely ! We had a three course meal too which was so nice, quick service no complaints, room was lovely and so was breakfast next day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone

Loved the pool, the gym has amazing equipment. Bed was comfy.
Food was unacceptable. We paid extra for another course. I would genuinely not feed that food to anyone. I had to ask for my meal to be re cooked, it was and came back with a hair in the chips. The food was all served at once, the ice cream was already melted upon arrival. The starters were stale and cold.
