Spa changing rooms in need of some serious updating and TLC. VERY dated.

Our son's wedding was held at the Last Drop on 31 October. Many of our guests also stayed at the hotel for 1 or 2 nights.
From the start dealing with Jacqueline the wedding co-ordinator was a very positive experience. She was extremely proactive, supportive and responsive and made sure that all of our issues were addressed promptly in a very professional manner. She was available on the day and the day before which was great.
With decoration the function rooms looked great and were a good size to accommodate our many guests.
The rooms were comfortable; not luxurious.
Service was excellent and when we arrived with 2 carloads full of clothes etc for the wedding I was well supported by hotel staff to help me unload and the next day to take things to the function rooms as required.
Many guests used the spa and also took advantage of the countryside around to walk.
I would strongly recommend the venue.

Great value for money on a special offer - use of the spa, 2 course meal and breakfast. Good selection of evening meals and breakfast. For me the bed was too hard but dont let that stop you going. Spa was lovely and clean with a fab infinity pool (overlooking houses). We had treatment professional and very enjoyable.

80th birthday family weekend
The staff were fabulous over the weekend stay. Every staff member we met went out of their way to help. We stayed as a family of 10 for my dads 80th birthday. The bar and restaurant staff were amazing. Helping us celebrate with a special cake and making a fuss of him. All our 5 rooms were comfortable, spacious and very clean and some members of our group made use if the spa facilities that came as standard with the bookings. . We will definitely stay again at this lovely location that catered for a wide age range of guests
Disappointed that the younger members and my dad were unable to play pool in the last drop pub as balls some missing and replacements not available.

I had an amazing massage of Jessica Stowell. Came for my friend's birthday and definitely did not disappoint. Such soft hands and got right into the knots in my back amazing technique would highly recommend

Lovely stay. Kind and friendly staff, great food in bar for lunch. Room was very nice and insured a great sleep. Will be visiting again in the future if around the area. All around a great nights stay.

I went to the spa with my younger sister and had an amazing massage from Leanne. I had a lovely time at the spa and could not fault anything. We always go to the spa at least once a year and we love it everytime.

It was such a wonderful and relaxing stay. I got a treatment by a Therapist, Leanne. She did so well to relax my muscles and I enjoyed it a lot. The position and pressure were just right. I immediately felt my muscle pain released. After the treatment, I went to enjoy a spa. I had the best sleep quality that night, even my partner woke up in the midnight and I didn’t even notice it.

Bedrooms need update, carpet in room dirty. Food is not so great. staff were great throughout. Spa and pool is excellent. Thermal suite is great.Great setting but the views of new construction of homes is somewhat disappointing

Food is average at best. Very small portions for evening meal and breakfast is buffet style, so not the freshest and fairly basic.
Spa has no jacuzzi and little control over numbers so can be busy. Rooms are adequate, bar area ok with Sports channels etc. Staff fairly enthusiastic and helpful.
Area is very scenic. Try the walk along the side of the golf course.

Love, love, love this place. Had afternoon tea, spa and treatments. Had the best massage and facial ever, thank you Paula Croft..you are amazing. I loved it that much I am now looking at having my wedding here. Fell in love with the place, the staff and the food.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to check in on line and easy to check out at the end of our stay. Enjoyed using the spa and indoor pool. The room was clean and the heaters worked well as the evenings are just beginning to get cooler. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Great restaurant and bar staff - rooms are standard need a facelift, once had beautiful grounds, now has a housing estate there... Mixed reviews as this was our go to place pre covid.

The Spa treatment was fantastic, Sharsta really made me feel so relaxed and pampered. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Great value, keyworker package, 4th visit, although rooms getting a little bit tired now.

Great place, second time visiting and didn’t disappoint. Lovely room with everything you needed. Such good value for money. Gorgeous food in restaurant and plenty too choose at breakfast. Fab Spa facilities and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return x

Totally recommended. Always a great time here. Hotel, spa, restaurant, bar and ambience are always fantastic. Very friendly, helpful but busy staff. Great sleep in a very quiet part of the hotel. See you again soon.

Rooms old fashioned, dirty wall paper, carpets look dirty & old fashioned.

Beautiful place
Everything, staff were very attentive and polite . Good value for money. Very clean as always.
We stayed in room 47. When I returned to my room after our evening I found the door had been open all evening. This is because the door required easing because it was rubbing on the carpet, we thought it had just closed behind us. Thankfully no one had entered and nothing was missing. I did tell the staff so hopefully something will be done to stop this happening again.

Booked again from previous visits. Didn’t upgrade this time but would definitely upgrade next time. Staff are all lovely and helpful. Had lovely relaxing time using the spa facilities.
Had an evening meal but if an issue but was rectified quickly by staff. Took my son who has some behaviour issue but his therapy is water. He loved it and the hydro pool.
