The Last Drop Village Love the place The room, the staff all great. Will hopefully be visiting again when lockdown ends and we will be be able to enjoy the full facilities of this amazing place. Shame the pool and spa facilities weren't open due to Covid, as we have enjoyed them when we stayed previously, but we knew this was when we booked and still chose to stay at the Last Drop.

2 night business trip.
Comfy bed, excellent wifi.

Many of the facilities are obviously closed, but the safety features were reassuring, the team were attentive a d couldn’t do enough for us. We felt safe and well cared for. The beds were comfy, the Wi-fi strong and we got pizza delivered in the evening. Highly recommend staying here if you have to travel for one of the government exemption reasons.

Lovely place. My stay here was for business purposes but if I need to visit bolton for any other reason I would 100% choose this hotel. I would love to try the spa facilities, restaurant, bar etc as it’s such a beautiful place. The staff were fantastic, gentlemen on reception (sorry didn’t get his name) was brilliant, polite, friendly and so helpful. Everything I needed was brought straight away to my room. Obviously the Covid restrictions make it difficult for a more in-depth review. But for the current situation they did the best they could. For this reason I would love to come back again. Knowing there was a spa and not being able to use it 🙄 (covid’s fault) The area isn’t good for Vodafone users (I had one bar) and Wi-fi was a little temperamental but perfect for a quiet break away ☺️

Moving to a house that wasn’t ready to sleep in so needed a hotel close by. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel. The staff was amazing and couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Will be back when the restaurant is open.

We moved house but could not sleep at the property so booked into the Last Drop Hotel. We were really impressed that under the Covid restrictions we felt at home and welcome. The staff were amazing and looked after us really well, we had our two westies with us and they were made very welcome. The hotel is quaint and very comfortable, the room was big enough for the dogs to have room to play and we had somewhere comfortable to sit and a massive bed which was really comfortable. Looking forward to when restrictions are lifted so we can experience the restaurant and all the facilities.
We cannot thank you enough for your hospitality.

I have stayed in all other hotels in the area over the years and travel regularly, monthly. For sure the Last drop is the no 1 in the area hands down. Service, quality, rustic, environment, comfort, staff, welcome, everything. And of course the food and drink, and facilities also excellent. If i was getting married this would be the perfect place. Don’t forget you have the spa, and gym and pool to enjoy as well!

Great place and staff and very comfortable. The village is beautiful and the staff are very accomodating and polite. Given the COVID tier restrictions, they managed this extremely well. I will certainly return should I stay in the area again. My invoice was not ready on check-out and despite the fact, I was told it would be emailed to me; it was not. I had to chase this up later but they send it upon request.

What a gem of a place!
We love coming here, it's our second stay here and we live 2 hours away and it's well worth the journey.
The way that they've handled covid is nothing short of brilliant, they've got everything under control and ensure that they make you feel at home and safe. Their food is good, the rooms are clean, but what makes this place stand out and exceed expectation is their customer service. I've been to 4 star spa hotels and they could learn a lot from this place. From the welcoming reception, to the kind bar staff who literally go above and beyond, any staff member who walks past you says hello and asks you how you are. We come back every time because of the staff. The thermal pool is amazing and it's because one of my favourite places. Well done to all, you're doing an amazing job x

Absolutely fantastic place. Very peaceful and very mindful exactly what I needed. Its hydro pool is superb the gym is modern and quiet all in all its an amazing place too visit. There are some work going on at moment not at spa but outside there building new houses. You may think that it will disturb you but it does not. The views are lovely up there also and there are fantastic walks to be had also.

Stayed one night to belatedly celebrate our wedding anniversary post lockdown and absolutely loved it! The social distancing rules were simple, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, the bed was massive and the food lovely! 10/10!

We booked a spa day via Wowcher and it was well worth the £60pp - the spa facilities, afternoon tea and massages/ facial we had were excellent. 😍
It is a shame houses are now being built in view of the spa now BUT would not stop me returning. Staff are lovely- especially the girls doing the treatments!! 🤗
The view of the builders didn't ruin the day either 😉😂😊

Perfect! Lovely room and excellent cooked breakfast. Everything is spotless and so much care for our safety. Staff at The Last Drop could not have done more to be helpful and kind. Beautiful setting and brought back happy memories.

Our appointment was messed up but the staff sorted it out which was brilliant. We went for a massage and jumped in the heated pool to have a beautiful view of a construction yard which feels like its been in development for about 5 years.
The spa and massage was amazing. I need to go again.

Just returned from a 1 night stay with my girlfriend. What a lovely place & relaxing time I had, spa & pool area is realy a great place to unwind I went twice during my stay. The hydrotherapy pool outside is so relaxing & I enjoyed a nice swim & steam too. The restraunt & food was realy nice & run with no fuss & very helpful & attentive staff always asking how we were & saying hello when they passed by. The only thing was drinks prices at the bar, I expect them to be higher priced with it being a hotel but £3.50 for a pint on lemonade & £23 for a bottle of basic pinot grigio wich you can get from asda for £4.99 is a bit steep. Other than that we enjoyed our stay & will be returning again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Last Drop Village. They Made every effort to accommodate our requests. With regards to the food, the evening meal was amazing, freshly cooked and prepared, but the breakfast was mediocre. The breakfast was the only let down. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Last Drop Village and will return again.

As usual, the experience was slick without being overly formal. I think the company have chosen just about the right level at which to pitch the customer experience. My only suggestion would be that front of house staff in the restaurant are consistent in the way they welcome diners and that that welcome is a little more formal than at present.

Superb as always really nice stay, relaxing meal was excellent as was breakfast.
Spa really good although the booking times are bit of a pain, you have to book a swim first then use of spa after, Common sense required with regards to social distancing etc.

Great room, good food and good staff. Evening was slightly spoiled by young kids running round the restaurant screaming, but that wasn't the hotels fault. We ate at 6, and maybe booking later might avoid this.

Unfortunately the spa was still closed which was not clearly stated on the website while booking a room with spa access (or that only 45mins slots available) for only the pools. Disappointing. Rooms need updating but comfortable
