Went here for a friends 50th - fantastic value - food was amazing - infinity pool was fantastic - staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here - can’t wait to go again!

Booked a last minute spa break on a whim. Very pleasantly surprised, the spa facilities were perfectly adequate and the thermal pool was lovely desite a view of the local housing estate. The food was lovely and the breakfast in particular was plentiful and tasty. Biggest shout out to the staff who couldn't do enough for you and despite being young, were professional and friendly.

We stayed here for two nights for my wife's birthday and, despite some problems with our original room, they were quickly and efficiently resolved. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and the spa is wonderful. We will definitely be visiting again!

I booked a dinner b and b deal last minute and wasn’t expecting too much going off other hotel deals , but we really enjoyed our stay , the room was good and very clean, the spa was nice but the dinner and breakfast was so good because of the restaurant staff , the host the waiting staff and chefs are fabulous

The hotel is very well run and we were made most welcome by the receptionist, the hotel manager and Franco the restaurant manager. we have stayed on a number of occasions and we will certainly be back.

Stayed here for the weekend for my birthday. Stayed in the courtyard. The room was warm clean and comfortable. Breakfast is lovely always hot and fresh. Staff are really helpful and polite. Spa facilities were clean and not too busy. Will visit again Thankyou

I stayed one night to attend a friend's Wedding reception. It's a great place, clean and modern rooms very friendly staff and plenty of them. The English breakfast was one of the best I've had!, it was nice to see Managers helping out at busy times too. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

A wonderful experience. Reception good, service excellent, attention to detail good. All staff listened well and responded to our needs. Room clean and over hot !! Radiators needed to be turned down. Spa was spectacular.

We’ve booked a Black Friday deal a couple of times and it’s been wonderful. I’ve also been on a hen weekend.
The food is amazing and the facilities are great. Lots to do and see in the grounds.
The spa is well equipped and the outdoor hydro pool is just incredible.

A very nice relaxing stay. Lovely spa. Good food in the restaurant both evening and breakfast. Modern bedroom and good en-suite facilities. Service was excellent always helpful. Lots of little on site shops to explore.

Lovely place to stay especially with the Friday Fizz deal which is brilliant value for money with access to the spa area. All the staff were very friendly & the rooms were perfect too. We've been nearly 10 times during the last few years.

Great venue and spa. Little niggles. Great treatments, room, bed and sleep. Lovely big choice breakfast served for a long period not just at the crack of dawn which makes it leisurely. Great package offered for key workers. Thank you

For the cheap package deals you can get I am sure this hotel and spa are perfectly acceptable. However if you are after just being a member of the gym I would consider carefully.
The equipment is very old, and that would be ok if it was ever maintained. The one Rower is always running rough, the spin bikes clunk as do the gym bikes. Is this acceptable at £40 plus a month.
