Rooms are not the most modern but I feel its part of the experience being in these lovely old buildings. The staff were great and the food was delicious. The bar is a lovely place to relax in the evening.

My friends & I attended the Christmas party on the 3rd December & had a fabulous night.
Lovely venue with a good atmosphere & music to dance the night away.
The food was lovely & piping hot which is unusual for mass catering, maybe this was due to the fabulous serving team!
They were all young, however they were absolutely fantastic! Polite, professional and helpful. Our main server was Milers & he was just brilliant & a real credit to the Last Drop! Well done for giving young people a chance & for selecting such a great bunch!!

Went for a Christmas doo which was held in the pub part. I would not reccomend it! The DJ was terrible and played ancient music. I'm 51 years old and thought it was ancient!

Nice little stay, would stay again. Cool complex of buildings, really felt like an actual village. The rooms were OK with a comfy bed. Food was yummy and we especially liked the £10 + free drink vouchers we received on arrival. Didn't use the spa facilities. Overall good value for money.

We stayed for one night and the food was amazing. The service was good and they opened the restaurant early to accommodate England games which was nice. Rooms were nice, clean but a little tired, but didn’t spoil it. Bed was comfortable but the staff and food made it. A nice night away.

Arrived to the hotel at 5.30pm. Check-in was swift. The room was freezing cold no heating on in December? Really !! Turned the radiator on full and went to close the curtains to find that the window didn’t close properly and was a very draughty indeed. The room was very dated and shabby but the bathroom was modern and freshly done by the looks of it. There was not complimentary bottle of water as you’d expect. I was very cold in bed sleeping next to the draughty window once the heating went off. On check out we expressed our experience for them to just say we’ll put it on the maintenance list. No offer of any money off the room rate we’d paid or a free breakfast. We didn’t have time to complain on check-in as we had a party to go to. The hotel wasn’t good value for money imo and the rooms need improvement although the bed was very comfy.

Wow what a fantastic weekend we have just spent at the Last Drop.

Leesa you are amazing how you organised and looked after my family. Mr McGee your staff did you proud.

The meal last night was first class and breakfast for our party in the Drop Inn was exceptional. The young chap who looked after us this morning deserves a special shout out as he really did take care of us.

Today's buffet lunch was gorgeous too.

If I could give you more stars I would!

Thank you so much!!

Great stay, good food, very clean room. Friendly staff.
Pool and spa area very good.
Would suggest emphasising no phones or cameras in this are as per signs. As there are plenty of them, but no one checking.
There was a girl using here phone in the outside spa area (in the water).

Very pleasantly surprised. While it's sadly been the victim of progress and is now at the end of a housing estate, it's pretty pleasant. We were housed in a delightfiul courtyard, the room was functional, clean and spacious. The restaurant menu whilst understandably limited was executed well. The Spa area had a nice thermal area with various health-benefit saunas/grottos. The outside Hydropool area was fabulous despite the uninspiring housing estate view - not sure how they'll solve that. My main praise is for the staff. A lot of them were pretty young but at the same time so professional, it was lovely to see that decent training had been given. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

I stayed recently and overall, had a good time. My room was comfortable apart from the pillows...also, there was a constant humming noise in the room. On further investigation, I noticed that there was a large pipe going into the wall underneath my room ..maybe some kind of heating system or generator? Who knows?.
Next, I visited the pool and spa area. All nice and clean, friendly staff. Only thing was, a woman in the hydro that was scrolling on her phone despite numerous signs saying that no phones were 'allowed' in that area. Pity she didn't drop it in the water! It made me feel uncomfortable so I left the area. It's crazy how people are attached to their phones. I went to tell the person on the spa reception but he was busy with a guest.
All in all, I had a good visit and will return.
