My visit here was limited by lack of available spa treatments, no water in the Spa and only being able to use the thermal suite and pool for 45 minutes. The staff however were extremely friendly and eager to assist.

Food was so nice, easy check in, room was clean and comfy. However there was one women who ended to trip on a down for us. On the first day we walked into the pool, stayed a few hours because we planned to come back in the next day for my birthday. In the morning we come in go to walk in the changing rooms and the women behind the desk says 'errr hello' so we turn round confused because we just walked in the day before. When we told the woman we just walked in she said well they obviously wasnt paying attention then. She continues to tell us very rude, that we needed to book a time slot for the pool. I never seen an email saying this. And i wasnt told about it at check in. Luckily we managaed to get in on the sunday because if not there wouldve been no point in booking this hotel. The communication wasnt the best and that woman was so so rude, on my birthday too. It ruined our plans and we ended up leaving eariler than planed.

Excellent one-night spa retreat, I'll definitely return.
Room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were really easy, all done online. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. It was very easy to book and make use of the spa and swimming pool.
One of the bar staff were a little abrupt when speaking but otherwise were very efficient and mostly friendly and helpful.

Came here on a wowcher offer and we cannot fault it! The place is fantastic! Everything you would expect and more. Could not fault the service in the restaurant, food was sublime, spa facilities fabulous, room was clean. The hotel is lovely! Thank you, we had a lovely time.

A most lovely venue! From the Spa experience to the delicious food, an excellent place to take a break. Check-in was simple. Bedrooms were clean and quiet. Gardens were lovely. I will be back for another weekend soon!

Had a lovely time with my friends. Staff very helpful. Our evening meal was really good and the service very good. We were in the pub at the back which was very nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds extra comfy

Booked a ‘Step into spring’ special offer deal for parents. Excellent price for fantastic offer. Lovely staff and hotel/spa. Food was delicious and staff were very accommodating. Spa facilities were great, although the building work facing the infinity pool does distract somewhat from the relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent service and friendly staff.Great location.The spa was great. Enjoyed the steam room and also had a aroma room,rock room,dry sauna bio room and I was spoilt for choice. Highly recommended. I will be visiting again.

I was visiting as part of an editorial feature for Country Walking Magazine on walking Winter Hill and the West Pennines. Last Drop made the perfect base - all the walking routes we wanted were on the doorstep, and the views from the hotel itself are spectacular. The Spa facilities are excellent - I recommend the open-air hydrotherapy pool; even if it's raining the experience is fantastic. Comfortable room, good evening meal choices and a brilliant breakfast. Highly recommend.

Clean property.
Room a little dated. Signs up saying masks to be worn in all public areas but unfortunately some people were not adhering to this. Breakfast was busy and a little chaotic.

Great place, friendly staff, great facilities... amazing food - we can’t complain and have been a few times now! They went the extra mile for us too by putting a fridge in our room for medication to be stored in it. xxx

Couldn't fault the overall stay, service was great friendly and welcoming staff. Great facilities too! The pool makes you feel like you are abroad. Highly recommend to anyone, whether it business or pleasure.

great value and great place - just make sure you get them to make the internet work
Unfortunately there was no phone/internet coverage in my room. I explained to receptionist but she was indifferent and brushed me off saying she would get someone to look at it for me. Nothing changed and so i went the whole stay without phone or internet on a business trip where I needed to communicate with my firm and others.
