Very comfortable We can’t fault it. Was a very pleasant stay and am planning a return back for a stay with my friends in the near future

We stayed for 2 nights and its very comfortable apart from it being stifling hot in the rooms, there is no air con although there are fans available so none of us slept well. It made it very uncomfortable for sleeping especially in a family room.
Breakfast is plentiful although the cooked option is sparse, thrown together slightly but tasty. If you're gluten free, don't be surprised if there is no option for toast or other morning goods.
The spa is very popular and we really enjoyed it, fluffy towels and the lockers were clean.

Room was really good for the price. There was kettle and tea or coffee. No water bottle. Fairly small room

Chillax time in style Loved the opening times of the swim, sauna etc, allowing to do it before breakfast ⭐Very pleased at the display of foods available for breakfast & times of serving 😋 hairdryer in the bedroom is a plus & a very comfortable bed.👍 Lovely lounge seating. Think I noticed a few people tripping/ knocking into the step arrangement in the open warmer pool with Jacuzzi. , some people which is of of anyone's control don't shower before coming in to the pool otherwise all very good. Did fancy a Guinness & that wasn't available at the bar.

Great wee place The hotel staff are nice and the conference centre staff are lovely The shower head rail kept on moving down what was inconvenient when showering and one of the days the room didn't get serviced on the Sunday

Very relaxing stay it’s a good way to switch off from the day to day routine. The whole stay was awesome very relaxed. Very helpful staff. Partly my fault if you have a pram please mention it so you are accommodated before hand otherwise you might end up asking staff to help you carry a pram up a flight of stairs.

Great! The hotel room was quaint but had lovely facilities. The spa was lovely too we enjoyed it.
Plus we stayed for a wedding and the bar stayed open till 2:30 so it was lovely being able to come back and have a couple more drinks!

Always have a lovely stay Everything on site what you need Site Map wasn’t upto date
There was a Menu for clock tower on the website
But no where it showed where the clock tower restaurant was
So we paid for breakfast at the courtyard which was nice, accommodating for my mam that was gluten free

It’s ok. Not what it used. Average. We changed the booking a few days before as we saw it had dropped by almost 50%. I would have been very unhappy if I’d payed the first amount, but at that rate decent value for money. It’s very dated but served its purpose for an overnight for a wedding. Food was awful.

Helpful staff. Great facilities on site. Good size room and very big bathroom with good lighting. It was very hot, we asked for a fan, but they had run out. Our own fault for arriving so late though.

Lovely location and nice little Gem with stunning view Hotel.
We had nice time relaxing in excellent spa facilities and spacious hotel.
Nice bar ambience .
Unfortunately we had two issues:
Bedding was dirty and not changed when we checked in the room on first nights , got rectified next day.
Item got missing or removed from our room. Small items like my wife shoes and slippers, could be my mistake but left sour taste as shoe were for wearing on Funeral day.
Management said they will look into it but week passed and no response.
It is shame to lose items at night facility.

Good with potential to improve. Room - beds and bathroom good.
Breakfast good on whole. Range of products and service.
Staff very good nice.
Swimming pool very nice (the water and the loungers by pool and on lawn).
Late food available in bar in evening (for after swim)
great opening times of the pool with total child access - great.
There was no air conditioning in the rooms and the outdoor temp was over 30 degrees so rooms were too hot.
The radiators in the bathroom and the corridors were on full blast (very very hot) despite weather being over 30 degrees.
Despite the hot food needing to be ordered they didn't make fresh scrambled egg.
The floor tiles from changing areas to the pool area were extremely dirty/ hairs/ dirt making walk from changing area to pool feel very kicky on feet and felt like a very low grade leisure centre. The changing rooms could do with a significant upgrade/ refurb to be honest.

What an absolutely incredible stay at The Last Drop — and one employee in particular made it unforgettable: Sirus.

For 3 out of the 3 days of our stay, Sirus was everywhere, doing everything, and doing it all with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism — even during the hottest weekend on record.

At the Drop Inn Bar, he was serving boiling hot food flawlessly while somehow managing the endless needs of guests with calmness and a smile all afternoon.

At the Bakehouse, he wasn’t just making and serving food — he created such a welcoming atmosphere. He took the time to chat warmly with my Mum while she enjoyed a much-needed afternoon tea and scone and some peaceful alone time. That kindness meant more than he probably realises.

Then at breakfast, there he was again — greeting everyone with smiles, morning chats, and energy that never seemed to fade whilst working like a trooper.

Sirus doesn’t just deliver hospitality — he delivers humanity. In a world where genuine customer care can be rare, he stands out as an absolute gem. Friendly, attentive, hardworking, and endlessly thoughtful.

A true credit to The Last Drop, and honestly one of the best examples of customer service we’ve experienced anywhere.

Thank you, Sirus — you made our stay special.

If you don’t have high expectations, then it’s acceptable. The room is clean, but you can’t really walk on the carpet without shoes because it’s dirty. The swimming pool is quite small, and the pool in the spa area does not reflect the view shown in the photos online. It’s very warm, and there is no air conditioning or fan. The reception staff are kind and try to help with everything.

Cleanliness excellent. Spa and pool excellent. Restaurant menu has changed and for me was disappointing. Lots of steak choices. No salads rice or pasta dishes which I expect were on the bar menu. Unfortunately the bar has a TV on 24/7 so not an ideal alternative to the restaurant unless you can eat outside. Overall a lovely stay. For me the restaurant was the only disappointment..but that's a personal view from someone who has stayed for the past 6 years

Good stay with kids, food was good at the pub, staff seemed friendly We had a lovely stay at the last drop village.
We went to a great pottery paining shop
Nothing, maybe could do with a bit of maintenance (pool mosaics missing tiles) some entrance ways to rooms look a bit shabby.
The main pool was a bit cold and there was terrible playlist being played

Enjoyable time away visiting family. Comfortable room and hotel bar. Location and ease to get to
Room was comfortable
Room was a little too warm despite turning the radiator off and opening a window.
