Really nice hotel and spa although one of the steam rooms were not working and one side of the jacuzzi, still had a good break and met some lovely people all staff were very kind and helpful

Went with my daughter for our birthdays all the staff on reception where really nice everything set out in a locker for us
We both had a massage each mine was fantastic full body scrub and back massage unfortunately my daughters massage was completely different massaging with one hand and on her phone with the other
The spa was lovely only small but nice and clean
My daughters massage didn’t want to make a scene at reception about the massage so will send an email it’s a shame that she’s letting them down and needs re training or talking to

It’s such a cool building and the spa was very much needed
We liked everything apart from paying £40 for 2 small breakfasts. That’s insane. We heard the couple on the table next to us saying the same thing.

Comfortable and good value

Lovely hotel, great to have use of the spa facilities included. We had a meal at the The Drop Inn, lovely food and great value. Really comfy beds and the room was spacious with everything we needed.

A short stay around Ironman Bolton.
Lots of facilities are including a SPA and thermal pool facility. Very large and spacious room. Close to Bolton, but not too close - I was racing the Bolton Ironman so a perfect location with a car.

Had a spa day and it was good. Not amazing but alright. Worth a visit. We had a massage to that was really good. Nice place for the money. Others are better if you spend a bit more.

Stayed here many, many times. The rooms need updating as does the spa changing rooms. However the food as always is excellent and the staff are amazing. Sirus, was incredible and really stood out, He was professional, helpful, extremely efficient, and went above and beyond. He is a credit to the hotel. My friend and I can’t wait to return and look forward to seeing Sirus again.

I like that the hotel was clean through out, I love how efficient the team was at worked, all the staff I met were extremely kind and helpful, room was stocked and up to standards. Spa was amazing and I love how we could use it check in till check out.
The only thing I didn’t like about the room were the outdated carpets and they did feel a little dirty.
