Our second visit to the last drop this time for my partners birthday we find this hotel to be great value for money the rooms are specious and clean and have all you need for a short break maybe a slight issue in that i find the pillows a bit to firm but each to there own opinion the amenities here are excellent the pool is a good size and warm ,The mineral pool is fabulous and a great attraction with hotel guests ,Food here we had dinner and breakfast dinner is simple and there are four options , one slight issue is that there was although vegetables where included on the meals they did not appear to be on the plate we ordered a separate bowl for which we didnot pay when this was pointed out to the waitress breakfast was of good standard and had a very good choice of dishes that where hot and tasty

Nice hotel. The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Lovely quiet room and nice spa facilities. Unfortunately as it was New Year’s Day no treatments were available. Dinner was nice but perhaps a few more choices would have been nice.

I asked for an invoice on checking out. The bill as wrong to the tune of about £80.00. It is the responsibility of the staff to know what has been booked and not charge for meals again!!! The rest of my notes are to fill out the minimum of 200 characters need to complete this form.

We stayed here for 3 days - Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing day. We had a lovely time and enjoyed great food. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us with all our needs. It was our 4th time staying here, as we like it so much, especially the Spa area. Would highly recommend, especially if you have a dog

A fantastic way to see in the New Year, good food and excellent service throughout the stay, can’t wait for next year! Good number of staff employed throughout the weekend thus service was excellent with no waiting for dinner, breakfast or at the Bar.

Great break away. Spa was fabulous, food was delicious & service was great. Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Bar service was excellent- really the team there really couldn’t have done any more!! The room was clean with very comfortable beds. The Christmas decorations really gave a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We stayed for 3 nights for new year, the gala night was great food was good rooms were spotless, staff so hard working, we had a lovely time and will return. We didn't use the spa but everyone who did enjoyed it.

A smashing hotel and facilities such a shame poor evening meal.

Evening meal selection limited 4 starters and main. Starter prawns, lettuce looked tired brown edges and prawns looked like frozen party food. Mains fish sold out and replacement not to our liking so switched to beef dish which was v good but served with crochettes would have been better with a good mash. Chicken dish ordered the tomato sauce poor, chicken breast over cooked and very dry. Overall evening meal v expensive for poor quality. Breakfast was very good.

Excellent NYE celebration from the rooms to the venue. The staff were accomodating and friendly. The rooms in the courtyard were warm, cosy and comfortable. The walk in showers have recently been added and were clean and practical. The gala party was well organised, efficient service delivering hot courses to the tables. Entertainment provided throughout the night and a piper to start and bring in the new year with champagne toast. Really enjoyable evening with lovely party atmosphere.

We had a 3 night stay for New Year, our room was lovely nice clean bathroom, food was delicious, the New Year's Eve gala was fantastic. The staff work so hard and are always pleasant, we honestly had a wonderful time, thankyou to all the staff x

Spa area fab! Bit busy though and not so great with the view from the swim out pool as lots of houses been built there and big skip in view!

We booked the New Years Eve package which included the gala evening. The evening was well organised, the reception and meal was very good along with the entertainment after dinner disco. Breakfast was excellent.
The room was clean and comfortable however we had no hot water in the morning therefore no shower. Very disappointed,
We appreciate you can’t always foresee these events but this was an expensive package and apologies from the staff don’t always make up for the inconvenience.

Had a lovely stay here for 2 nights we had one of the suites & it was excellent all the staff were extremely helpful food was very good as was the spa we will definitely be returning here soon for another relaxing break can't wait

The staff were very helpful, rooms were big enough. Lovely spa and good facilities. Also quite a quiet location. Restaurant was fully booked unfortunately but nice pubs nearby
No robes in the room. Also no fridge. We got a twin room as it was cheaper than a double for some reason. The pillows were very hard.

To be honest disappointed really. I have experienced hotels all over the world, and I have never had to put money on account in order to charge to my room. Given the choice probably stay somewhere else.
