Beautiful hotel, spa and nice rooms. Sadly trip was ruined by group of youths causing noise till 3am. The staff did attempt to help but these people continued regardless. This was the only issue with my stay.

We were invited to a 50th birthday celebration at the last drop hotel. Everything was just ok. Nothing spectacular and have stayed at better 3 star properties. The thing that spoilt it for us was the promise of an early check in that wasn’t honoured

A comfortable and roomy hotel excelent if you have a dog with the surrounding countryside.
The room was comfortable and adequate for our needs. We only had room only as we have relatives nearby and spent most of our time away from the hotel.
A fridge in the room would have been nice as we do not use the milk provided so bring our own which we had to leave in the basin with water to preserve it.

I visited this hotel for a short stop to refresh.
From start to finish it was just perfect. They really have taken the COVID restrictions to an excellent level of participation and maintained such a high level of cleanliness. I visited the spa and there was a huge presence of staff happily going about their day cleaning and very much smiling! Lovely to see. They were all happy to say hello when they passed, assist in directing me to the spa and even offered me a fresh towel. There was a young lady with what I can only describe as the most fantastic beautiful pink bejewelled cast on her leg, with crutches who even stopped to open the door for me. Now that is customer service done right! Your team are a credit to you and it is down to your teams customer service that you will see me in the near future and I will also be recommending your hotel to my friends and colleagues. Thank you

Stayed for two nights in the courtyard room. Lovely room….immaculately clean and comfy bed. Huge really modern bathroom. Had meal in the restaurant and the Inn. Shout out to Aaron and the staff in the Inn. Aaron is just lovely, professional but very welcoming and attentive. Staff serving our food were great too and explained the specials etc. We had lovely afternoon tea in the main restaurant. Great value for money. Had an amazing, but expensive, hot stone couples massage. You get what you pay it. Have to mention James (cleaning team)…..oh my god….that kid works his butt off. Well done honey. Great stay. Yes some areas need updating but the friendly staff, lovely food etc make it worth the while and definitely excellent value for money x

Just had a lovely couple of days at the last drop village . Super value for money . Excellent staff . Spa lovely . They made our experience very enjoyable . Felt very covid safe at all times . Well worth doing the dinner bed & breakfast.

Lovely hotel,great staff on the evening of the 25th in the bar. Very comfortable and clean.
The breakfast really let you down unfortunately, We were asked when seated if we wanted tea or coffee by one of the supervisors and told somebody would be along to take our order, We were seated in the bar and forgotten about, I had to get up three times to ask for our tea and our order to be taken,not good enough, When the food did arrive it tasted lovely but cold For £16.95 pp is a rip off and definitely not with it wether its the staff or food that's a very expensive cold breakfast.

This is our second stay in recent weeks and we plan to visit again soon. We have our pet beagle with us and we’re made very welcome. Lovely staff and pretty good value for money with the added bonus of a lovely spa

Disappointing
The food could not be faulted at all. The scenery was beautiful however building houses immediately next to and overlooking the spa area seems odd!
Despite booking use of the spa facilities we were unable to use them due to capacity. I acknowledge that the booking was only made the day before, however there was an option to book with or without use of the facilities, I opted to pay to use them. I emailed the spa immediately on booking to book a time slot - no reply. On check in, I mentioned this and was advised to go and visit spa reception. I did this - no availability for 2 people. I went back to reception and received shrugged shoulders. Covid - many quests not wearing masks when walking round inside. Hand sanitisers empty. Service - very very slow. I completely appreciate that Covid has made this more difficult for staff however, they didn’t seem to have processes to follow. Very haphazard and no leadership. Whilst awaiting to order breakfast we watched one staff member try to put a pair of gloves on for 10 minutes. Cleanliness - the skirting board in our bedroom was thick with dust, as were the window frames. Cobwebs in the bedroom and bathroom.

I enjoyed the room facilities, lovely and clean and friendly staff along with an enjoyable time at the spa.
The breakfast brought to the room was unfortunately stone cold and missing items, I could tell it had just been pre heated as the inside was cold and the outside warm. Also, there was noise from the bar area until 2am! A little rowdy considering breakfast starts so early.

Came for the spring getaway, room was clean lovely beds and large spacious bathroom. Spa was excellent, staff friendly and a wonderful server in the restaurant, a young man didn't catch his name but he was lovely, dinner was brilliant as was breakfast, a brilliant stay and great rewards for booking direct, the lady on reception was also really nice! Have been a few times now and will absolutely be coming back if the service stays this good!

Overnight stay which included use of the pool and spa facilities, evening meal and breakfast. Excellent value for money! Such a lovely setting, all staff were so friendly, room was adequate, bed very comfy. The pool and spa were great and well organised. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Brilliant value for money. Check that the spa treatments are available before you book the hotel. We didn’t and they were booked solid until the end of the month. We were not told this until the day we were going. Staff were all lovely. Pool and thermal spa was excellent.
