Fantastic I liked everything about it .And would definitely come back . Think the only down side was the plates for the food could have been warm because food got cold quickly

Pretty expensive for a swim and massage but if your there for a relaxing weekend then it's worth the money, set in beautiful surroundings and the village its self is superb. Its got its own little tea room l, steak house food place set in a bar, a wedding gift shop and an original toy shop all set in the grounds of grounds of hotel, I'd recommend staying in the old rooms when booking your hotel as you actually stay in one of the cottages so they have more character then the newer build on the left side of the spa. The only negative for me would be the prices of food and drinks here as you need a second mortgage to eat and drink but like I said, if your there for a relaxing weekend then you don't mind as even the short trip down the road to Bromley Cross is an effort when you see the village surroundings your staying in.

Amazing day/night... Afternoon tea, thermal spa, drinks, evening meal, overnight stay, breakfast. Had the best time. Couldn't fault a thing. Staff and the hotel and everything about our stay was perfect. Can't wait to do it again.

Arrived for a wedding, easy and quick check in, room wasn't very exciting but clean 3 beds made up for couple found strange, hand towel rail was right next to toilet and towel was touching toilet seat which wasn't very hygienic we found.

Went to main bar social distance and table service in place, found drinks very expensive and sometimes slow to get service.

Grounds very nice and look well kept.

Breakfast was very tasty and quick service.

Check out quick able to be done online.

Overall enjoyable night away .

Service needs improvement. Very slow & forgetful although the staff are friendly.
Our room wasn’t cleaned over the weekend & toiletries replenished. Drinks are expensive and the menu is limited and never updated

Beautiful hotel, spa and nice rooms. Sadly trip was ruined by group of youths causing noise till 3am. The staff did attempt to help but these people continued regardless. This was the only issue with my stay.

We were invited to a 50th birthday celebration at the last drop hotel. Everything was just ok. Nothing spectacular and have stayed at better 3 star properties. The thing that spoilt it for us was the promise of an early check in that wasn’t honoured

A comfortable and roomy hotel excelent if you have a dog with the surrounding countryside. The room was comfortable and adequate for our needs. We only had room only as we have relatives nearby and spent most of our time away from the hotel. A fridge in the room would have been nice as we do not use the milk provided so bring our own which we had to leave in the basin with water to preserve it.

My first time writing a review.
I visited this hotel for a short stop to refresh.
From start to finish it was just perfect. They really have taken the COVID restrictions to an excellent level of participation and maintained such a high level of cleanliness. I visited the spa and there was a huge presence of staff happily going about their day cleaning and very much smiling! Lovely to see. They were all happy to say hello when they passed, assist in directing me to the spa and even offered me a fresh towel. There was a young lady with what I can only describe as the most fantastic beautiful pink bejewelled cast on her leg, with crutches who even stopped to open the door for me. Now that is customer service done right! Your team are a credit to you and it is down to your teams customer service that you will see me in the near future and I will also be recommending your hotel to my friends and colleagues. Thank you

Stayed for two nights in the courtyard room. Lovely room….immaculately clean and comfy bed. Huge really modern bathroom. Had meal in the restaurant and the Inn. Shout out to Aaron and the staff in the Inn. Aaron is just lovely, professional but very welcoming and attentive. Staff serving our food were great too and explained the specials etc. We had lovely afternoon tea in the main restaurant. Great value for money. Had an amazing, but expensive, hot stone couples massage. You get what you pay it. Have to mention James (cleaning team)…..oh my god….that kid works his butt off. Well done honey. Great stay. Yes some areas need updating but the friendly staff, lovely food etc make it worth the while and definitely excellent value for money x

Good Lovely hotel, great staff on the evening of the 25th in the bar. Very comfortable and clean. The breakfast really let you down unfortunately, We were asked when seated if we wanted tea or coffee by one of the supervisors and told somebody would be along to take our order, We were seated in the bar and forgotten about, I had to get up three times to ask for our tea and our order to be taken, not good enough, When the food did arrive it tasted lovely but cold For £16.95 pp is a rip off and definitely not with it wether its the staff or food that's a very expensive cold breakfast.
