An excellent hotel in beautiful surroundings.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Food very good, in particular the sticky toffee pudding!
We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will stay here again.

Superb The service from the staff were excellent and the facilities were lovely. It was a lovely one night break away. The wifi was free and proved to be excellent. I didn't like the fact they have charged me £97.40 and it didn't make sense with the invoice they provided me with as i all ready paid for our room and didn't charge anything to our room while we where there. I've emailed them for a explanation and had nothing back. I will be phoning them to find out why.

Nice stay for my Husbands 40th The hotel itself is lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building work going on outside the hotel. Such a shame that all those new houses have ruined the lovely views. The family rooms should be closer to the reception. I struggled up the steps with my 2 babies and a pram.

We had a lovely spa day and an amazing meal in the restaurant, all the staff were attentive and helpful. We had drinks in the courtyard bar for my friends birthday and Abby made it especially special ensuring we were looked after. Both Abby and Joe went above and beyond to ensure our night was amazing. Cant thank them enough for their fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked an overnight spa break with dinner and breakfast included. It was very good value for money as included a 50 minute treatment and the spa facilities were much better than in some similar properties. Dinner was excellent and lots of choice for guests on a package, you could also pay a supplement to have a couple of dishes but not necessary with the choice available. We booked directly with the hotel via their website which meant we got some additional perks such as a money off vouchers and a couple of glasses of wine. We also visited while Covid restrictions were still in place and felt very safe and the processes set up were clear

Very nice stay, a shame breakfast was a waste of money. Good service, bar a little expensive but open until late and didn’t have to book! We got free vouchers by booking through their website and not booking.com

Excellent!! The staff were amazing. Dinner was great and breakfast was fantastic, cannot fault last drop village hotel and spa. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and nothing was too much for them. The pool and spa facilities were great. I especially enjoyed the fact because of the pandemic there was limited visitors in the spa and pool at any one time. Will definitely be returning

Shower temp uncontrollable, breakfast and coffe was cold and overcharged £50 at the bar. The staff and spa were fab. We had smelly kitchen exhaust blowing into the room and outdoor seating below our window at the front of the hotel encouraged late night smoking and shouting.

Was a nice weekend away with friends. Breakfast was lovely and good variety both hot and cold. Leisure facilities are very good and treatment was enjoyable with afternoon tea. Firstly, our room smelt a little musty. Cleaner came in on morning to make bed and clean BUT removed our used hand soap bar and did not replace it so we had to use shower gel. Then the drinks prices kept going up. Prosecco was £27 in bar area but we were charged £28.95 whilst having our afternoon tea. Then the cocktails went up from £8.95 on the friday night to £9.45 on the saturday afternoon as i was charged £18.90 on the saturday afternoon. Wasn't happy as the 2 cocktail ordered 'Sex on the beach' was full of orange juice and no cranberry juice and could only taste the orange juice. And we were charged differently for exactly the same round of 2 pints. So always check the prices.

Very especial place! It built like a small village and it's own mini parks and lake. Surrounded by hills, it's full of peace, rest and air.
There is a spa and 18m pool included in the price that is definitely advantage to the price-to-value.
Breakfast menu is various, including options for vegans and vegetarians.
It's 15-20 minutes by car from Bolton and 10-15minues from Morrisons supermarket where you can find anything you need for your dinner if restaurants are not in your mind.
Obligatorily take a walk around during your stay. Just over the field behind the spa you can find a couple of cozy streets with authentic atmosphere of old England. It's an attraction on its own!

Lovely views great spa facilities Lovely views .... Spa was great the lady on reception was very friendly... I brought my dog everyone welcomed him . Food in the evening was very nice although it did say online it was 3 courses for 14.95 but when there it was 24.95 The carpets in the room had stains on them . Rooms look a bit run down could do with a refurb. Breakfast was not what I expected for the money it was very small the pot of beans must of had 10 beans in lol

Did the revive package for my best friends hen do. Staff were very helpful from start to finish. We had dinner on the Saturday night and then the spa day on the Sunday. Sunday seemed a lot quieter than the Saturday, so would recommend that. The beds were sooooo comfy too. Food was spot on also. Couldn’t fault our stay at all. Can’t wait to return!

Oh what a wonderful relaxing couple of days and with nhs discount! We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights. Best massage we've ever had by a lovely lady named Holly. Wonderful food and really comfy bed. Plus the hydrotherapy and steam rooms really helped our creaky bones. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you.

Excellent overall, let down by a poor member of staff Room was excellent, but it was a suite. Late check out that was requested wasn't honoured and we were kicked out early.
