From Start to finish nothing was to much trouble for the Staff Team at T.L.D.V. The setting within the grounds where lovely, and quaint. The Beds in our Suite where really comfy and spacious, we slept really well.
Amazing food and great service in the restaurant.
We will definately return should we have the chance.

I thought the Last drop was a beautiful place to stay. The staff are friendly & courteous. The spa treatment was lovely. The food spot on. Reasonably priced too. My friend & I really relaxed there. Recommend to anyone wanting a little break from reality.

This was a return visit and again we had a really enjoyable time. The venue is great for couples or groups. The rooms and communal areas are clean and well maintained. The spa facilities and treatments are excellent and the restaurant serves good quality food and great value for money. And the friendly and helpful staff made our visit a memorable one.

Expected more - friendly and helpful staff - pool and spa - our room was dated, not very clean (black mould in shower) and smelt of smoke.

Pleasant Good facilities I phoned ahead of our stay to organise a late check out which was agreed at a small cost given it was 4pm - very pleasant lady. We also confirmed the same when we checked in. However on the day of checkout we were called by reception who asked when we were leaving and said that they wouldn’t have agreed to our late. check out terms - I had to rearrange my whole afternoon at great inconvenience. Whilst the service has been good on the whole I felt the approach to customer service in this situation and the tone of the person I spoke to wholly inadequate

Overall a pleasant stay. There were a couple of issues with the bar and thermal spa but this didn’t spoil our stay too much. Last minute booking for a little R & R. We managed to do this so thanks for that.

Very relaxing overnight stay. Great facilities, food was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Online check in and check out a very good idea, made it quick and easy. Will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic I liked everything about it .And would definitely come back . Think the only down side was the plates for the food could have been warm because food got cold quickly

Pretty expensive for a swim and massage but if your there for a relaxing weekend then it's worth the money, set in beautiful surroundings and the village its self is superb. Its got its own little tea room l, steak house food place set in a bar, a wedding gift shop and an original toy shop all set in the grounds of grounds of hotel, I'd recommend staying in the old rooms when booking your hotel as you actually stay in one of the cottages so they have more character then the newer build on the left side of the spa. The only negative for me would be the prices of food and drinks here as you need a second mortgage to eat and drink but like I said, if your there for a relaxing weekend then you don't mind as even the short trip down the road to Bromley Cross is an effort when you see the village surroundings your staying in.

Arrived for a wedding, easy and quick check in, room wasn't very exciting but clean 3 beds made up for couple found strange, hand towel rail was right next to toilet and towel was touching toilet seat which wasn't very hygienic we found.

Went to main bar social distance and table service in place, found drinks very expensive and sometimes slow to get service.

Grounds very nice and look well kept.

Breakfast was very tasty and quick service.

Check out quick able to be done online.

Overall enjoyable night away .
