From the day we walked in to have a browse of the venue, we knew we would be getting married here. Everyone was so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable.

Me and Kirsty had our beautiful wedding in the penny farthing suite and it was the perfect day due to the wonderful help from Jacqueline and Stuart. They both certainly took the stress away and made us completely relaxed.

Stuart (master of ceremony) did everything possible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and everything ran as smooth as possible. Stuart is a delight and we are so happy that we had him for the day.

Jacqueline was so organised and did all the hard work for us. Planning a wedding is a stressful time, but Jacqueline took the stress out of it. Organising one during a pandemic had its added difficulties, but Jacqueline certainly made it 100x easier.

The bridal suite was absolutely amazing, so clean and was a huge room. They gave us lots of fans as it has been so hot over the weekend.

From all the cleaners, wedding planners, mastor of ceremony and all the managers, we thank you for everything you have all done to make our day absolutely perfect.

Fabulous weekend thankyou, great value for money. Really lovely hotel, feels like it's own little village with quaint shops & courtyard. Staff so lovely & cheerful, food delicious, room spotless, pool/spa fabulous. Can't fault the hotel. Well done all of you. Loved it👍

We had a few hiccups with booked extras however the staff at the hotel are absolutely fantastic especially Sarah the bar supervisor and her team, breakfast was lovely. Only small complaint was the lack of a fan in the room as it was a very hot day 30 degrees but I accept it is rare in this country.

Super friendly staff and great atmosphere. Child and dog friendly for real rather than just a tag line. Lots to stay entertained and relaxed and in picturesque grounds. The spa facilities were great and a real treat. Such a lovely little village on top of it all with a toy shop our boy loved!

Very good Lovely place and setting with lots to do. Was very noisy until around midnight due to weddings etc and a lot of drunk people screaming. I think I was just unlucky where my room was right next to an outdoor drinking area.

Lovely stay we will return again only slightly marred by one person. Our room was fabulous i am partially disabled, therefore being close to facilities was a bonus for me. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming. We unfortunately did not have time to experience the spa we hope to visit again and make use of these facilities. The Restaurant, please note the food and the serving staff were both wonderful however the Maitre d’ was very pushy and rushing people. As mentioned above i am partially disabled so walking quickly is not an option for me, we were rushed to our table for breakfast, before I had arrived at the table he was taking our drinks order which was fine as my partner can order for me, however as i got to the table he was asking what we wanted to eat, i had not sat down or even seen the menu at this stage. I appreciate that you have a quick turn around of guests but this is not a good way of treating guests. We were not the only ones being rushed it appeared to be happening to other guests.

Amazing! I can't say there was anything we didn't like. It was all lovely. We went with a 3 year old and a dog and didn't need to leave to find something to do for the two night stay as it was all on site. Staff were lovely as was the food which was quick to arrive. Afternoon Tea and the spa were amazing. Highlight for our little boy was the traditional toy shop! Plenty of stunning walks for the dog too. Would really recommend.

Pleasant stay with great facilities, including bars, indoor and outdoor seating, shops, and a great spa. The room we stayed in probably was in need of a bit of updating.

Booked an executive one night stay with Dinner for my Wife's 30th. I want to start by saying that overall we did enjoy our stay and the thermal spa is wonderful and the hotel did give us a free late check out because there wasn't space on the day for us to use it because you had to book a slot because of covid and the front of house was great but there was a few things that we thought could be improved. Firstly when we did arrive the welcome wasn't really to friendly. Infact there wasn't much welcome at all, this unfriendliness continued at breakfast. The staff controlling the juices and toast station was just so curt. We kind of felt that we were in the way and just did not feel comfortable. We understand that this was the last day of covid restrictions and also they were busy with a couple of weddings taking place but this is the sector they have chosen to work in and if you charge 200 pounds a night for Room and dinner the least you'd except is to feel welcome. All in all a nice stay, great Spa facilities, average breakfast let down by the terribly weak Coffee, fantastic Dinner and lovely clean and comfortable rooms. 3/5

Superb The service from the staff were excellent and the facilities were lovely. It was a lovely one night break away. The wifi was free and proved to be excellent. I didn't like the fact they have charged me £97.40 and it didn't make sense with the invoice they provided me with as i all ready paid for our room and didn't charge anything to our room while we where there. I've emailed them for a explanation and had nothing back. I will be phoning them to find out why.

Nice stay for my Husbands 40th The hotel itself is lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building work going on outside the hotel. Such a shame that all those new houses have ruined the lovely views. The family rooms should be closer to the reception. I struggled up the steps with my 2 babies and a pram.

We had a lovely spa day and an amazing meal in the restaurant, all the staff were attentive and helpful. We had drinks in the courtyard bar for my friends birthday and Abby made it especially special ensuring we were looked after. Both Abby and Joe went above and beyond to ensure our night was amazing. Cant thank them enough for their fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked an overnight spa break with dinner and breakfast included. It was very good value for money as included a 50 minute treatment and the spa facilities were much better than in some similar properties. Dinner was excellent and lots of choice for guests on a package, you could also pay a supplement to have a couple of dishes but not necessary with the choice available. We booked directly with the hotel via their website which meant we got some additional perks such as a money off vouchers and a couple of glasses of wine. We also visited while Covid restrictions were still in place and felt very safe and the processes set up were clear

Very nice stay, a shame breakfast was a waste of money. Good service, bar a little expensive but open until late and didn’t have to book! We got free vouchers by booking through their website and not booking.com

Excellent!! The staff were amazing. Dinner was great and breakfast was fantastic, cannot fault last drop village hotel and spa. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and nothing was too much for them. The pool and spa facilities were great. I especially enjoyed the fact because of the pandemic there was limited visitors in the spa and pool at any one time. Will definitely be returning

Shower temp uncontrollable, breakfast and coffe was cold and overcharged £50 at the bar. The staff and spa were fab. We had smelly kitchen exhaust blowing into the room and outdoor seating below our window at the front of the hotel encouraged late night smoking and shouting.
