From the initial contact with the events team to our final check out the whole experience was fantastic, professional and attentive. The event room was beautiful and the staff on hand we amazing. Our hotel room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had 19 guests staying for our event and they all commented on what a gem of a hotel it is. Thank you Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa, we'll be visiting again soon

Great hotel. We stayed as a group of 21. The hotel staff were all brilliant so helpful and friendly. One of our older members requested a ground floor room and walk in shower which was exactly what she was allocated.Good rooms and oh so comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing so much choice and lovely fresh fruit too.lots of our group made use of the great spa facilities. Comfortable lounge-and bar area. Sad to be leaving tomorrow. One negative the sprouts were like bullets but I don’t eat them anyway.

I couldn't recommend this hotel and spa more. I had the most amazing stay for my hen party and all my bridal party enjoyed there stay to.
There rooms were lovely and clean, the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble. I will definitely be returning again very soon.

We stayed at The Last Drop Hotel as a large family group for a get together. The staff were accommodating and sorted out a mix up regarding our dinner reservation without a fuss. The food in the restaurant was very good. We also made use of the pool and spa facilities which were great. All in all a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Lovely location and spa facilities and great staff
The location, spa facilities and staff were fantastic. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt that the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was fantastic both breakfast and dinner and the restaurant staff were really polite and responsive.
Overall both the individual rooms and the spa was too hot. The room was so hot that it was hard to sleep, when taking the duvet cover off we found a duvet covered in stains and blood. The spa had a really nice outside pool but it was very hot and even lying down in the spa to read, it was too hot so we didn't end up staying as long as we wanted to.

Lovely stay at the hotel. Very reasonable pricing, has a cute village feel and the spa (saunas, hot outdoor baths, swimming pool) was far better then expected. Good base to explore the local countryside as well.

Lovely place , though the last time we stayed in a cheaper room which was a mistake. there is a real difference in quality. Good breakfast, but hard to get good coffee. Excellent service. we didn't make use of the spa facilities but we've been told they are really good.

The staff are so helpful and friendly.The hotel offers a great value spa break with lovely rooms and great food as part of the deal .It's set in lovely surroundings with a little pub and a couple of shops to wander round and lovely views

We live within a couple of miles of the Last Drop Village and have often called in for a drink whilst out walking. Lovely surroundings.
This time, our daughter selceted the Last Drop Village for her Wedding celebrations. A Sunday wedding is highly recommended especially at The Triangle Community Methodist Church. Then to The Last Drop for Afternoon Tea. A beautifully decorated room with a sumptuous variety of sandwiches, scones and cakes.
In the evening we had music & dancing in the Penny Farthing Suite. Throughout the day the staff were attentive and friendly and looked after our party in the most professional & caring way. My wife & I stayed overnight and enjoyed a delicious cooked breakast. We even managed to use the pool, Spa & sauna facilities before we checked out. Brilliant Place. Highly recommended.

We got a package of 2 course meal, room and spa experience. We really enjoyed our stay, the food was delicious, the staff were fantastic, the spa was lovely and relaxing. Just what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Booked for a one night stay. The grounds were lovely but the inside of the hotel, especially the room was quite rundown. The room was really hot and the windows didn’t open much. The shower in the room was constantly sliding down while trying to shower so you continuously needed to return it to the right position. The thermal facilities were good but the pool was quite grubby in parts, we saw hairs at the side which made us want to get out. Towels were provided in the spa which was good and tokens for the lockers if needed. The staff were all so friendly and helpful you really couldn’t fault the service. The food for the evening meal was quite basic, but breakfast was good. Very good vegan and vegetarian options for both meals. The stay was a good break but probably wouldn’t return or recommend to family or friends.

We were attending a family wedding and even though we only live a short distance away we booked a room for an overnight stay . The whole experience from start to finish was superb . If I could give a 6th star I would. The staff were friendly and helpful but at the same time very professional . It was a 1:30 pm wedding at a local church followed by afternoon tea then an evening reception with a hot buffet . Everything went smoothly and everyone enjoyed the daytime and evening receptions .
Our room was lovely and breakfast the next morning was also very good .
Thank you to all the staff involved in making this such a wonderful day.
P.S. After a week of very mixed weather the sun shone for the bride, groom and all the guests.

I stayed at the hotel to attend a friend's wedding. I lost my husband 4 months ago and wouldn't usually feel comfortable doing this on my own. However from the moment I checked in I felt so safe. The staff were friendly and efficient and I was directed to my room.
The room was large, clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. I had a stroll around the village and had a drink in the Drop Inn before heading back to get ready for the wedding which was in the Penny Farthing Suite.
The following day I had breakfast in the restaurant. This was excellent with friendly staff and plenty of tasty options to eat.
Whilst at the hotel I made use of the pool and spa on two occasions and really enjoyed it.
Overall my stay was excellent and as a solo traveller I felt very safe. Thank you 😊
