Every staff were very friendly, helpful & professional - mention to Lauren & Karen.

Hotel had everything you would need an added plus of the spa with a part outside infinity pool.

Breakfast - self service - had everything you would want :- cereals; juices; tea; coffee; pastries; muffins: croissants; jams; toast; bacon; eggs; sausage; mushrooms; tomatoes; hash browns; beans - staff were quick to replenish items.

The village had its own pub & some artisan shops all in quaint black & white buildings.

A lovely stay

Great value for money stay at Bolton and will be back again in future. Very good staff service. We got free upgrade to executive room which is really comfortable. In addition, the hotel also provided us a mini fridge as per our request. We are really appreciative of the extra service provided. Nothing at all

Very helpful staff made booking a pleasure. Congratulations to the team at the Last Drop, every interaction with the staff was so friendly and efficient.
Stayed in one of the cottage rooms previously but this time went for one of the executive rooms and a Revive 50 Spa treatment package, well worth the money. The room was very spacious and nicely set out. The swimming pool, hydrotherapy, Saunas and Spa treatment were all of a very good standard and I would say better than most other hotels we've stayed in over the years.
Evening meal in the resturant was excellent and the breakfast leaves you wanting for nothing, the selection is fantastic.
Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

Lovely sunny couple of days which made the gardens look lovely. Room a little cold at night. Dining options good and food quality good. Room a little tired with damp patches on ceiling and carpet stained and worn which was supposed to be an upgrade (previous customer) so disappointed.

Excellent stay. Brilliant staff, will come again. We had my brother’s wedding ceremony there.
Nice atmosphere, good value food and wine. Location great, good dog walks in hills near hotel.
But above all friendliness of staff made the day special.

Enjoyed the use of the thermal suit. Really nice complex, enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The prices were supposedly fair for food but I thought the drinks were overpriced. Its a very big hotel with plenty of things to do while u are there

All around enjoyable Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful, they even brought me a fan at 3am because the room was very warm. I really enjoyed the spa facilities, all the facilities were available to be used. The room got very warm at night and because our room was on the 2nd floor the window couldn't be opened more than 2 inches this could be improved if the room had air con or a fan already inside. Also booking a time slot for spa access just made it a concern that we wouldn't be able to enjoy the facilities on offer within 50 minutes

Overall a pleasant stay, staff were helpful, food was great. However the guest rooms could do with a make over. Room and bathroom look very tired. Spa was relaxing however very noisy with other guest constantly talking. Could do with a keep noise to a minimal sign. So all could enjoy the experience.

It's about a 15 min drive north of Bolton town centre. Our room was nice and spacious, nice big bed and a bath. Enjoyed the pool and the spa. You need to book a time in advance. Didn't have dinner but the breakfast was good, friendly staff, nothing not to like.

Very nice place to visit. Spa treatments are very relaxing . Staff accommodating as much as possible, and they were absolutely brilliant !!!! Only concern was previously access to Jacuzzi due to shaky handrails, ( I didn't try it this time, but I do have disabilities), and the slope leading up to the Firwood suite which is steep and low visibility at night. ( not ideal for those with disabilities or mobility challenges). However, ALL in all, very pleasant stay, really nice atmosphere and extremely kind staff. Despite my disabilities, I always enjoy going to The Last Drop Village and would love to be able to visit again. Thank you very much.

Very good Lovely grounds. Hotel was clean. No lifts to the very top floor and very last room in the main building. Noisy at night from shouting in the main car park.

The hotel was very clean and everyone was great with our puppy. I was very touched to see that they even had a dog bed and water bowl in the room for our pup! The staff all enjoyed meeting our little puppy and were very friendly, even making an effort to greet and chat with her when she barked to get attention. The reception staff went above and beyond, trying to help us make last minute dog sitting arrangements when we thought our pre-booked sitter fell through. I was very pleased to see they also had vegan options on the menu

Shory stay found it on Booking.com The receptionist wasn’t too welcoming. Didn’t inform us about much things, and since my party arrived later than originally planned due to traffic, and has other commitments, we forgot to ask a few things, including as breakfast times. We were surprised at 7am when we got for breakfast (as we had a day full of events - wedding) that breakfast isn’t served until 7.30am - most hotels start serving breakfast earlier than that so that was a little inconvenience… Otherwise the stay was very good and we had a great and relaxing time using spa facilities.

5 Star. Highly recommended. The hotel and surroundings were stunning. We ate at the Drop inn and the food was amazing. We spoke to a male employee who was working at the Drop Inn, and he gave us some background into the hotel, and it was nice to hear they used materials from the old farmhouse to build parts of the hotel. I would highly recommend The Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa. Nothing to dislike.

Our wedding reception was held in the Penny Farthing suite at the Last Drop & it was fabulous. Our guests kept commenting on the lovely venue & said what a great time they'd had. We can't rate the staff highly enough, special thanks to Liz & her team for making the planning so easy & enjoyable, looking after all of us on the day & making sure everything ran smoothly. We are so pleased we chose the Last Drop & would recommend it for any size or style of wedding, we chose to have afternoon tea, beautifully presented, followed by a hot buffet in the evening & it was just right for us. An overnight stay in the bridal suite was included was the perfect ending to a wonderful day. Best wedding venue in Bolton!
