I was really looking forward to my overnight stay at the Last Drop Village and it didn't disappoint. It is so very relaxing. Check in, pop to the spa for a swim and to chill round the pool. Lovely evening meal and super delicious breakfast. Comfy bed. Friendly and welcoming staff. Mooch around the gift shop. Superb.

I want to start by saying this was the cutest little village. The executive double was super romantic and a great size. The bed was very comfy and big. The spa was incredible, I had the back, head massage with a facial which was truly an amazing, unbelievable experience. The pool was a great size but the hot tub pool was to die for. It was so hot and the jets were amazing. The hot tub pool extends outside with a view of the village. They had two big saunas, one steam room, one aroma room, and one halo lights room. Im going to be very honest about every single room. The one sauna really smelt like urine and people were saying the womens bathroom was leaking, though i dont know if it was leaking, but it did stink of urine. The other sauna was perfect temperature, it was dim and we pretty much had the whole sauna to our selves. The steam room was very nice, however the second day they put too much scent in it so they shut it down. The aroma room smelt amazing, however not very hot, just warm. The halo lights room was really pathetic and cold, it did nothing. However that hot tub pool alone is worth going for. The cold showers were like ice, however i do wish they would allow you to change the temperature. The breakfast was quite yummy however it was expensive for what you got. The lunch menu was ok, the tuna sandwich was very yummy, with hand made crisps. However dinner was a massive let down. The whole menu was lacklustre. I wanted a steak however all they did was sirloin. The staff had poor communication skills and they gave us a dirty jug of water for dinner. When we showed them all the food floating in the water we never received an apology. The next night we had to get takeaway because the food was not worth the money. We had a lovely Japanese takeaway instead. But overall i would go again, for all the reasons i said it was great, i just hope they change up the bad.

Went for afternoon tea. Used gift voucher Food ok. Tea was tea bags Staff polite. Did get perception from one gentleman staff member that my wife and I were suspicious characters. On the way out he bounced up to ask if we were alright. We were looking for exit. He then bounced to front area perhaps to ensure we left Felt intimidated and stereo typed. Other staff excellent

The staff made this excellent. Isobel in the restaurant was warm, friendly and attentive, the ladies at reception were welcoming chatty and helpful, and the young lady who did my massage (I can't remember her name but she was a very nice young lady and my treatment was booked at half ten so maybe you can use that to work out who she is to give her positive feedback) was amazing. I felt comfortable, well looked after and received a wonderful professional and luxurious service.
My fussy eating was catered to without issue and overall it was marvellous. I haven't given it five stars only because perhaps the thermal spa area is looking a little tired and could do with a livk of paint in areas. The changing rooms are a bit of a let down too with a number of them not working - one even stole my pound and wouldn't lock!
But aside from these relatively minor things it was an excellent experience and I will definitely be back.

Absolutely not a 4 star. At best a 3 star. Very dated, tired decor, dirty room. Spa facilities look nice but based on my room and the corridor I would honestly rate this hotel 2/3 star. Rusty caddy in shower, skirting boards thick with dust. Mould in bathrooms, bedside lampshades all damaged. Heard another guest at reception complain of a room thick with cobwebs and I can believe it. Stayed for business and felt incredibly homesick!

We arrived on Friday 3rd Feb for our wedding on Sat 4th with our families. From the minute we checked in everything was perfect. I cannot thank Liz Blackmore the wedding planner enough -Liz went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of from our initial mtg to the wedding day and kept us up to date on everything. We also want to say a huge thankyou to Nasser Aaraj for looking after us on the Friday evening and for the wedding ceremony nothing was too much trouble he went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and the rest of the staff also who looked after us for both nights. It was a weekend to remember made special by Liz and Nasser Thank yiu so much ❤️

The hotel is tired and weary which is such a shame as it was a beautiful hotel. The room we had was a suite but it wasn't what I'd call luxurious but it was clean and warm, the bed was comfortable. I'd stay again but not for a while. Also such a shame that new houses have been built literally in the car park when it used to be open green land with stunning views.

Very confusing as you think you are driving into a building site building new homes. Once in the spa the infinity pool overlooks peoples back gardens which is a shame as the views used to be over looking fields. The safe wouldn't open so we could retrieve our stuff but eventually with the help of the housekeeper we managed to get it open. The evening meal was superb and nice and hot, unfortunately the buffet breakfast was cold but the variety was fantastic. It does need updating and the treatment was good. If you get a deal it's a nice night away but be aware there was no entertainment on when we was there through the week so it's definitely more for couples.

We had a great time at the Last Drop. It was just an overnight stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The Spa was fab and I cannot understand the moaning minnies who complain about everything including the fact that houses have been built nearby!

Pleasant Good swimming pool and breakfast. Friendly staff. Warm room. Room uninspiring and tired. A lack of spa luxury - tired changing rooms, no robes. Tried to book a massage through Booking.com special request message and basically ignored, no appetite to help me. Wasn't expecting the housing estate surrounding the hotel!

We purchased a voucher through the hotel website for bed, breakfast and a 2 course evening meal. We were very impressed, the food was amazing and we really enjoyed the spa experience. All in all it was excellent value for money.

Great spa facilities and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a mini facial treatment which I really enjoyed. The dinner was really tasty and the breakfast was too. It’s a quiet area and with the comfy beds we slept really well.

Attended the Spa for a massage bought for me as a gift. I must say being a novice to Spa treatments, the whole experience was excellent. Sam explained everything ahead of the treatment and I felt great afterwards, just what I needed. Thanks Sam 👍
