This hotel is excellent with its guests!
Nothing is too much trouble. Reception is a dream, the restaurant is great! Breakfast is so easy, ( being GLuten intolerant) is very easy, they just get it! No issues when requesting !
Sharon in the restaurant is a little diamond, as are all the team I've met so far.
Seriously, to be confident, with a food intolerance doesn't go in the same sentence!
Do not hesitate to visit if this is the area you need to be in.

We only stayed for 1 night, but can honestly say it was perfect. Beautiful rooms & gorgeous toiltries supplied. Breakfast was the best I've seen, catering for all tastes. The staff were so friendly & and couldn't do enough for everyone. It is a fabulous hotel.

Lovely service, I was only staying for a night but when I had to leave early the staff provided me with a full breakfast even though I was 20 minutes early. Shout out to Alpesh for looking after me during my breakfast!

The hotel was amazing staff were amazing however in terms of entertainment the tvs where terribly outdated and my fire stick wouldn’t connect ( which it has done in other 5 star hotels) not a complaint but a contributor to better service.

Surprisingly, the hotel room was very spacious for 3 of us. It was a comfy short stay. It was bit crowded during check out. But one of hotel staff was very helpful to keep our luggages when we were rushing to go to university. He took care of everything with no hassle at all. Forgot his name, but thank you very much!

I have stayed at this hotel a lot over the years.
The staff are brilliant & dining staff Jayne & Sharon work tirelessly. They are so polite & friendly in a morning whilst having your breakfast.
The only negatives about the hotel, is the aircon has been disonected, yet the system still runs. I don't know when the filters or the fans inside where last cleaned but I was advised by a manager they have not worked for 12mths & we don't advertise aircon for the hotel.
The room is very hot & very little air movement in the room due to the windows only open a little.
Location is fine but the town centre has seriously declined. It seems the town centre & shopping has moved to the middlebrook Horich. Bury on the other hand was amazing.

We had an executive room which was lovely. The only down side was the bathroom was tiny. In saying that the shower was excellent.
Staff very helpfull and friendly. Good parking area at a fair price. Breakfast excellent, restaurant area very nice. Highly recommend.

was a very nice stay, breakfast was filling and yummy and the whole hotel was clean and spacious but…when we got into the room the air con was on but barely blowing cold air around thank god we had a fan or we would’ve sweated!! the window wouldn’t open either so we couldn’t get fresh air and the tv wouldn’t go any higher than 35 in volume so we could barely hear the tv. i don’t know if it was because our air con was broken but if it was we should’ve got told but we were just waiting for the air con to kick in all night.

Great hotel, outstanding service, excellent breakfast, I would say the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel, just looks at those perfect fried eggs! Staff was very friendly over the breakfast, I was really delighted with how they treated me, especially Jane, Sharon, Zoriana)

Great hotel and a lovely staff. Very clean, with nice bathrooms, and soft beds and pillows. Breakfast buffet is quite nice - big English Breakfast! Near the Bolton shopping mall, and close to city center and lots of great pubs! Cheers! :)

We loved the Holiday Inn in Bolton. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the facility was nice and very clean. Fresh linens and towels were not a problem and the beds were soft and the pillows softer. The food is very good and the English breakfast is great! The breakfast ladies are smashing! They are so friendly and really make sure you have whatever you need and the chefs and wait staff are very helpful with special dietary needs as well. Thank you, Holiday Inn Bolton!
