We have stayed many times over the past 3 years when visiting our daughter at Bolton University and our most recent visit was for her Graduation. The rooms are always very clean, housekeeping staff do a great job and are always very pleasant. All of the staff are always friendly and helpful. Great location for the town centre, plus parking. Food and service are great and fantastic service from Alpesh this morning, thank you.

I have been staying at this hotel on and off for the past year. The staff have been incredible, namely Hannah, Jacob and Lucy. From needing assistance when on crutches to generally just being made to feel welcome when working away for long periods.

I always stay here when visiting family. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean rooms and public areas. Excellent breakfast, and tasty food from the bar and restaurant menu. Duty Manager Dipak and team are welcoming and attentive.

Beautiful, clean room. Larger than expected and well finished. Breakfast was extensive and frequently replenished so foods were hot and fresh. Alpesh was so cheerful and helpful and made sure we knew what the vegetarian options were as well as asking for and delivering veggie sausages from the kitchen for us.

Only stayed one night. Kitchen was closed when we arrived late, but accommodated us with a really nice cold sandwich plate as well as options for take out nearby.

We have stayed at the holiday inn before and loved it? Very clean friendly and comfortable bed.The only criticism is the shower room is to small the door just opens a mil metre passed the sink 😳 but on the whole definitely stay and recommend it to anyone!!

Since our last visit the rooms are refurbished and find them excellent
The breakfast was excellent and in particular the guest services manager Dipak and Alpesh were so welcoming and attentive. Alpesh was always smiling and attentive and Dipak even went out of his way to improvise and get a toothpick!

Dpac and staff for early morning breakfast are very friendly and helpful nothing is to much hassel good wide range of choices of breakfasts also overall the hotel is very clean and tidy and reception staff are excellent

Staff were excellent, very attentive & far exceeded what I expected from a city centre hotel at this level. Couldnt do enough for me - lovely chocolates in my room too! Thank you so much. A quick overnight work trip but wont hesitate to return again.

Stayed here as part of a tour. Rooms lovely, staff were always around to help you . Evening meal needs to be looked at choice not very good, but breakfast was surberb good choice would definitely stay in a holiday inn again. Oh another request need to revamp bar area IE more seating and more choice of beers especially non alcoholic drinks too and it would be nice to do cocktails.

Lovely welcome lovely room will definitely stay in the future. Would recommend a mirror on the wall by the desk so you can sit down and do hair/ make up but everything else was perfect.
