Lovely staff. Rooms felt clean and played out well.
Only downfall is that there isn’t much to do in the area, but good for a cheap stay just outside of Manchester

Spent an overnight at this hotel as part of a coach party. Hotel is bright, clean and modern throughout. Rooms modern and bright with good rain shower. Tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, comfortable beds. Free WiFi throughout. Enjoyed a good tasty evening meal and good breakfast. Staff extremely pleasant and friendly which gave the hotel a lovely atmosphere. Interior of hotel very nice indeed as well as being very clean.

Always a pleasure to stay here, exceptionally friendly staff + service this time around, particularly from Alpesh who made the extra effort to get us iced coffees at breakfast!

Very nice hotel and location. Lovely comfortable beds as pillows in a quiet location. No noise from either side, above or below so an extremely restful sleep.

The staff were Brilliant, bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed... The Room was large and comfortable, but just one thing, the aircon was not working which made the night a little clammy... But we have a lovely stay

Booked with family for one night to visit the Octagon Theatre. The staff on arrival were friendly and the room was good. Great choice for breakfast but a particular mention goes out to the housekeeping team Kayleigh and Sherry, a true credit to the hotel.

We stayed here as part of the Corrie. Tour. Room was lovely. Very clean and bright. Very comfortable. Excellent staff. Checkin staff really nice and professional. One staff member stood out, the young suited chap in the dining room area was really very nice, very attentive, excellent top marks to him. Cannot recall his name but began with an A. We will come back in the near future. Thank you everyone for an excellent stay.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. I felt disappointed that the hotel does not provide slippers to the guests. I spent £ 10 to buy it from the shop in the city centre. Also, parking in the hotel costs me £5. It is better to include the parking fee in the hotel room rate, which make the guest feel more comfortable!

Lovely clean hotel with comfortable beds, only downside, the carpark is small and difficult to park.

Noisy cleaning staff in the mornings even though I had the do not disturb sign on my door, or as they call it the enjoying the moment . In other words be quiet. they slammed the doors so hard my window shook.

restaurant could do with being heated.

too many drunks from a wedding party swearing their heads off.

The rooms are nice and the service is good too. It would be nicer if the parking were included in the room fee, and the breakfast is a little pricey. All in all though, not a bad place to stay, but they could really do with changing the entrance. When we turned up, a clown had parked in the covered area in front of the entrance, despite double yellow lines. We waited behind another car who was getting just as peeved as us by the Mercedes driving clown, and this car stopped access to the underground parking. The clown came out, slowly got into his car, went nowhere despite seeing two cars waiting, then got out and went back into the hotel. Someone from the hotel came out to try and resolve the situation, and got us to weave our way through the silly maze of kerbing to get access to the outside parking area, and as we did this, the clown made a reappearance. Anyway, all this silly kerbing should be removed to allow direct access to both parking areas.
