I was here for a one night stay whilst away working and can say it was a very comfortable stay. Room was spacious and clean. Slept very well.
Had breakfast buffet and was assisted by the wonderful Apesh who couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. Service with a smile.

Rooms are huge and have everything you could need- comfy beds, TV, back-up sofa bed and great bathroom. Clean and tidy.

The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good. I’ll be staying regularly for a nearby training. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Particular shoutouts to Dipak and Alpesh who made me feel very welcome.

We recently stayed at The Holiday Inn in Bolton whilst we attended an Egyptian Study Day at The Museum, and we have nothing but praise every aspect of our stay. We were immediately given a warm and friendly welcome by Reception, which set the scene for the entire time we were there. Our room was of a high standard, very well appointed and comfortable At Dinner the food was excellent, and we were superbly looked after by Jacob, who was both attentive to anything that we might need, and extremely efficient. We were also extremely impressed by Simon (Food and Beverage) who, despite being more than busy with a Wedding Reception, made time to come and talk to us in the Restaurant. It is impossible to mention all the Staff by name, but we wanted to mention Sharon and Alpesh. Alpesh was kept very busy both Mornings at Breakfast, but again, despite this, he was always attentive, efficient and had a warm personality. The other person that we wanted to mention by name is Dipak who was always absolutely charming, calm when under pressure, and a truly lovely person. So we said earlier, we have nothing but praise for every aspect of the Holiday Inn in Bolton.

Recently stayed for a 2 week period while visiting family in the area. The room was nice and clean with fresh linen and towels offered daily. Reception staff were efficient and friendly and couldn’t fault Sharon,Jayne,Alpesh and Dipak during breakfast service, they were all very helpful and ensured the guests had everything they wanted. The food choices offered were very good. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

All the staff were superb. Unfortunately our room had a pretty poor smell when we arrived… The cleaning staff did all they could by opening the window and a fan was on trying to clear the room.. So nothing more they could have done. The room was spotless bathroom too..
