Went to a Wedding Ceremony and Reception , place is very good , clean and food was excellent , drinks prices quite reasonable for an hotel and town centre .

Great location, close to shops and bars. Decor is a little tired looking and prices are a little high. Staff all very helpful. Very annoying "heater" noise behind the wall during the night in my room on 4th floor. WiFi had weak signal with drop outs and buffering.

A great experience here too ! Part of the Emmerdale tour. Couldn't find anything negative to say. Top quality food, staff and very clean. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Ok hotel. Usual black mould on bath be out and silicone. Apart from that, pretty standard.

Stay here regularly. Bathroom s are a little bit dated but a small price to pay. The best, most friendly, accomodating staff I've seen anyway. Late bar, comfy beds and nice and close to the vaults for a lovely night out. Love this place.

Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. Had dinner in the restaurant and it tasted good. I had the classic burger and a dessert. The only thing I would complain about is the time it took for the dessert to arrive, almost 25 min after they took away the dish from the main course. But I wasn't in any rush so not a big thing.
