Pleasant breakfasts here are outstanding Sadly the rooms have been remodelled and therefore it difficult to use the toilets in most bathrooms. There a lack of space to manovore.

Overall nice comfortable stay Prefect location and easy check in. The breakfast was either over or under cooked on some items.

the biggest disappointment has nothing to do with the property but the town center itself. very friendly and helpful team the only thing that let the hotels look and feel down, is the antiquated aged looking awning and signage. otherwise, if I was on business in Bolton again I would stay there.

We stayed for two nights in what was supposed to be a room with two single beds but on arrival was told they only had a double bed room so being father and daughter of I went to sainsburys to buy a double duvet for the floor.
Next morning we where leaving our room and bumped into a cleaner. Really friendly lovely lass ( sorry can't remember name but needs a spot prize or something) she asked how things where, I explained the situation and that's when the customer service ramped up, she explained but didn't promise to try and get a fold out bed. I said it doesn't matter but she insisted. So off we went to Blackpool. Returned at night to not only find a camp bed ( which was really comfortable) but a selection of biscuits and hot chocolate, water nice touch holiday inn.
Mint nights sleep, clean tidy rooms with plenty of room.
Checked out the next morning walked to spoons for breakfast to realise I'd left a tshirt in the wardrobe, the house keeping sorted it.
Overall I'd be quite happy to stay here again x

We overnighted here with trepidation after stopping here on a different tour back in April.
We were pleasantly surprised with a dramatic improvement in service. Our room was cosy and warm, evening meal and breakfast were served hot and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Overall had a pleasant stay. Staff is very friendly. Housekeeping staff is friendly too. The room is not fitted with air conditioning, we had to borrow a fan from the reception. However staff was helpful and cheerful. Toilet shower area is quite small.

The best budget hotel in Bolton, close to all local amenities, breakfast included in the price. Rooms are spacious, modern and well lit.

Good Installations and room The difficulties for paying breakfast and dinner. I was charged with extra money for my breakfast. I wait for 1 hour to get my dinner.

A nice stay in a nice hotel Room was clean, well presented and good size for a short break or overnight stay. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast food (when it was available) was very tasty and probably one of the nicest that we have had on our travels. Air-con in the room did not work and so the hotel had provided a fan, which was noisy. Crockery in the breakfast restaurant was scarce and guests were standing around waiting for clean bowls and plates. Whilst the hot food was replenished regularly there were times when certain hot foods had run out and guests again were waiting around (or going without).

Superb Good facilities and parking space. Comfortable bed. Nice large towel in shower room. The restaurant food was not completely to my liking. I prefer plain food, not the cordon blue menu provided. There did not seem to be much of a selection that was not cooked with a marinade.

Check In Good... Check Out Not So Much Comfortable stay... good sized room, check in process was quick and easy I was accused of not paying, even though I paid on arrival. I received a call after I checked out saying that I need to settle my balance, which I did not appreciate. I confirmed that I had a copy of the receipt in my email, the lady said they don't email receipts so I had to explain the process I went through. I told her I used a different machine as I paid via Amex, she then claimed to have found my payment. Not a great after experience...
