Pretty good. Food was great in the restaurant. Breakfast very good too. Room was very comfortable and quiet, although the view of the building site and carpark wasn't the usual view you'd expect.

Nice experience, staff are welcoming and very polite. Breakfast was nice (standard) hotel is clean. I gave 4 stars because of the location, I didn’t feel entirely safe, there were a few intimidating people around the carpark watching vehicles and looked to be on drugs, (I appreciate that’s got nothing to do with the hotel, just the location) and finally another reason for only giving 4 stars is, I think it’s over priced for Bolton, no disrespect, but that’s London prices, I thought up North would be cheaper.
But having said all that I do think it’s a really nice hotel and staff are doing a great job.

Rooms were okay (we only stayed for one night) and the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. But what really put me off during our breakfast was watching the service girl setting the tables around us for the lunch service. The tables were visibly dirty /sticky from breakfast service and she just placed the clean napkins and cutlery on the dirty tables. Not only that, but she touched the forks at the end rather at the handle when placing it. Clearly a lack of training, which unfortunately the breakfast lady also failed to pick up on.

Amazing place. All clean and well-kept. Bathroom was nice. A little small but nice. Lady at the desk was extremely friendly and quite helpful. Parking was hard to get into. Very narrow. All in all it was a good experience. Wouldn't mind coming back!

Staff is friendly. Good hotel if youre here for business. Rooms should be redesigned and refurbished as it brings me the 90's feeling while the bathroom is super modern.

Stay here regularly. Bathroom s are a little bit dated but a small price to pay. The best, most friendly, accomodating staff I've seen anyway. Late bar, comfy beds and nice and close to the vaults for a lovely night out. Love this place.

Great location, close to shops and bars. Decor is a little tired looking and prices are a little high. Staff all very helpful. Very annoying "heater" noise behind the wall during the night in my room on 4th floor. WiFi had weak signal with drop outs and buffering.

We stayed here with a group for the weekend , the meal on the Friday night w a s very poor , extremely disappointing , breakfast on both mornings was very good , great selection, evening meal on the Saturday evening was good , better selection .
Accommodation was clean and warm , rooms were comfortable , the bathrooms co uuld do with a upgrade , bar area in the hotel was pleasant , lacks a bit of atmosphere , overall a satisfactory stay .... would stay here again ..... but they do need to work on their evening menu , when you book for breakfast and evening meal .

Attended a session in one of the meeting rooms. Room well maintained and pleasantly decorated. Toilet facilities clean. Hotel staff were helpful on arrival.
