The rooms were comfortable but without AC how is that a hotel. How can hotels this days be without AC or heating. That's a main requirement

Conveniently situated a short walk away from town however, the surrounding area is very run down with very limited options to eat out. The holiday inn is very well maintained with very comfortable beds and pillows and a clean, powerful shower. Unfortunately we stayed on the hottest weekend of the year when the air conditioning was out of order. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

Good stay just the hair and glass spoilt the night as its a 4 star hotel
The bed was comfy room was spacious and iron fan and other accessories were available the staff were very friendly and welcoming
There was a ton of hair as my wife was going to take a shower I took a picture but it was disgusting. Also my wife got a splinter of glass in her foot from glass under the bed I reported both to reception on leaving

The room was clean and well furnished. The lighting was extremely good in the bedroom, the pillows comfortable, and the staff exceptionally helpful and kind. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options.
The shower was also very good, but there was no handle for my elderly mother to hold on to, and the floor of the shower cubicle wasn’t ridged, so it was easy to slip. Some more attention to the needs of older people and the risk of falling would be helpful.

Rooms we’re comfortable enough, bed and pillows were good. Air con wasn’t working but a fan was left in the room. The pressure in the shower wasn’t great either.
The menu was fairly basic for dinner and not to the standard you would expect for the price. Breakfast buffet was reasonable for the price of £15-£20.
Not sure I would book again but it was convenient for work.

Very nice rooms, staff very friendly & food very good. Hotel 12 min walk from bus/train interchange, there are bus stops round the corner from hotel with plenty of buses going back to the interchange.

Ok. But won’t book again.
A/C was not working in the room, the room was uncomfortable to sleep the entire night. Telephone also didn’t work. Hashbrowns we’re very overdone at breakfast.

Bed was comfortable Staff supportive and very helpful Parking great Although difficult to get to due to road works Carpet could have been cleaner -red stain on carpet near the bed General a good stay as staff very helpful and friendly and convenient to visit family.
Stain on carpet - could have been cleaned a bit better. As you stepped out of bed you stepped on it wondering what the red stain was - looked like red wine.

The staff at the hotel are fantastic, from check in to the end. The front of house staff deserve a medal, even with a wedding on they were very attentive to the other guests staying at the hotel. The house keeping team were very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Room was comfortable and the bathroom had everything you would need. Would definitely stay again, thank you to all the staff

I loved how it was so clean and very comfortable. The staff were all amazing and very very pleasant . We were in Bolton for a wedding and our stay was Perfect .They were even kind enough to let us have a change of clothes after the event even though we had checked out. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant Holiday Inn and especially the dining staff and front of desk. Regards SEJAL
