Good location, great staff, pokey bathroom.
Staff excellent, and breakfast very good
Bathroom was far too small. Holiday Inn bathrooms used to be excellent - this was reasonably equipped with very good shower but so small you had to squeeze round the door to get in. Also no towel rail. It would have been better with less bulky hand basin cabinet- or wider by three feet.

Love stay at this location when we are in the area! It’s always have cheerful staff, take care of your needs. The house keeping staff are friendly work quickly and quietly.

Good location. Room was nice and clean. Comfy bed, choice of pillows.
Hotel a bit old and tired in some parts. . Restaurant not as good as it could have been - we were the only two people in there for dinner on a Saturday night. One meal was good the other terrible, but the staff were lovely, especially Imogen and we weren't charged for the second meal after we told them how bad it was, so that's a good sign.

Pleasant but the parking fee is a joke.
The 24hr bar is a plus. The proximity to the town centre is great. Very easy location to find.
Two nights I paid £200 . I think it a cheek to charge £10 extra to park on site… the fact breakfast also not included is perplexing!

Room was very, very hot and if the window was opened it was noisy. A large fan was provided though and a warning given that AC wasn't available.

The friendliness of the staff cleanliness and comfort. Breakfast had a very wide choice good food and beautiful presentation
There was nothing to dislike enjoyed every minute. I would definitely recommend and use again.
