It was fine.
I stayed in room 123 which was designed for disabled access (though I am not disabled). The bathroom was huge but had the tiniest hand basin imaginable. I can’t think why. It was so small it was virtually impossible to fill the kettle under the tap. Also there was no toilet roll holder so the toilet roll had to sit on the cistern behind the toilet or on the floor in both cases making it hard to reach.

Stayed over for a wedding at the same venue, perfect and reasonably priced.
Absolutely loved the king sized bed which was extremely comfortable. Could have stayed in bed all day. Extra bonus was a 11 o’clock check up.

Right in the heart of beautiful Bolton.

There is no aircon and the window in the room was sealed shut therefore no access to fresh air or escape in case of a fire, there was 1 small fan to circulate air

Extremely welcoming
I love this hotel, its comfortable, well located and well priced, but it's the staff that make it so enjoyable. They are so attentive and helpful, genuinely want to ensure your stay is as best it can be, always have time for a kind word and a friendly conversation, delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity.
