Good but some shortcomings
Reception greeting was by far the best I have ever seen. Friendly and attentive, hands were full and the lady offered to hold bags etc.
There was a smell near the AC I think, just between bedroom and doorway (by the wardrobe) the smell was sewage like.

Helpful staff
The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly and helpful with my questions. We were there for my autistiv son to sit an exam and they helped us get a quiet room and were just right at breakfast when he was suffering anxiety. We also liked that the room was able to be made prophet dark and the beds were comfortable.
The TV was a bit small and I hadn't been able to find out before coming that you have a gym. That was a shame because we didn't bring our workout gear.

Bathroom was very modern. Staff were very friendly in all areas of the hotel…. Room had everything that I needed
Underground car park is a little tricky to navigate especially in a large car. Bathroom (whilst lovely) is very narrow and not much room to manoeuvre in there. Luckily I’m quite small so it didn’t cause me too much of a problem

Exceptional
Excellent service. Rooms lovely and clean. No issues at all.
When booking in they had to add an extra night as they had booked it wrong. They also hadn't booked us in for breakfast. I had to show the booking information to prove both. After that they were brilliant.

Needs a long mirror in the disabled toilet as I myself have to wear a stoma bag which requires a long mirror to be able to put on that is the only bad comment I can say about the hotel everything else was perfect

Had a great time in Bolton and the Hotel was a great base for us.

Stayed this weekend and very impressed. Room and reception staff were excellent. Most impressive was the staff at breakfast on Sunday, absolutely brilliant, especially the young man who couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Such a lovely and caring approach. He has excellent personal skills and a credit to the hotel.

A comfortable stay close to Bolton town centre
Good location; comfortable, well equipped and clean room; friendly staff, especially at breakfast.
Nothing that I can say I specifically didn’t like, but there could be a hook added in the bathroom to hang towels, as that was lacking.
