ADK facilitated the purchase of my 2nd property and were the one of the few companies which would take on my case because it was a high rise building. I can't thank these guys enough! Tom E was my solicitor and did an incredible job! This was not the easiest transaction because of the new legislation which has being put in place regarding fire safety but through perseverance and hard work Tom made the transaction happen. Thanks a million guys, I would strongly recommend using ADK Law. I certainly will be using them again.

I unfortunately had two purchases fall through before I completed on the third, but I continued to use ADK for all of them as they provided a great service. Lorna Speakman worked on my case and was brilliant, I never had to call and chase, she replied to all my emails within minutes and always kept me in the loop. She was great advising me on things I wasn’t sure on as a FTB. Would definitely use again.

We were skeptical using a firm we haven’t used before and also at a slightly higher cost however ADK was recommended by our agents so we decided to go for it and this was a great idea from the off. The whole purchase was 8 weeks from offer to completion and Tom Ellor could not have been more helpful and efficient if he tried. He was lovely and very good at what he does. We absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to use ADK again.
