I can't praise William Speakman enough for his hard work throughout our buying/selling experience.
I have never dealt with a conveyancer that is so responsive and helpful, and I would highly recommend William to anyone looking to buy/sell a property without the stresses of solicitors lengthy replies holding things up.
We were informed very last minute from my buyers solicitors that we had to exchange on that day so that the buyers lender funds could be requested on time for completion. William bent over backwards that day to ensure we were in a position to exchange in time, despite having only just getting back from leave. I really appreciate all his hard work.

Rebekah was brilliant, efficient as I expected her to be, concise and just got on with the job, she only got in contact when she needed info, always responded quickly when we raised questions or issues, no matter how stupid or trivial they appeared. Would 100% recommend her on to anyone who needed the same service. And if we ever needed to move again, I would definitely use her again if I could.

So incredibly pleased and impressed with how Tom handled our house purchase from start to finish.
He chased up relentlessly for us, always on hand to answer messages, was super prompt with all correspondence and so professional.
Nothing was ever too small or big for him to find out and he always responded promptly and kept us updated which was really appreciated as we have had some really terrible experience in the past.
Because of our experience with Tom, we will definitely use ADK law in the future again and will for sure be requesting Tom.
