Throughout my 7-months process of purchasing a chain-free leaseholder flat, Tom from ADK Law has been my lone saviour. I genuinely believe I lucked out with my choice and I could not recommend their services more. They took care of the entire process from start to finish, and they were even kind enough to fix the mistakes or warn the seller's solicitors in a timely manner just so that I would be protected. They are punctual, reliable, professional, and truly knowledgeable. I am thankful beyond words.

We got there in the end with our sale and purchase but it was stressful to say the least.
Whenever we asked a question, the answer was vague. We were still required to provide documents right up to the day before completion to allow us to exchange but were not aware of these prior. The only urgency seemed to happen in the last couple of days.
I don’t have any experience of any other solicitors unfortunately, but there appeared to be a lack of communication between all three involved in our chain - buyers claiming they had sent something to ADK, ADK stating they had sent it, and our sellers solicitor being slow to send anything.
Overall, it’s an experience I don’t want to repeat, just glad I’ve got my keys now.

Rifat Rehman was assigned as our Conveyancer due to the complexity of our transaction. We were initially assigned to another team member, who sent the file along to Rifat. Rifat's experience and skills were clearly evident, and I doubt we would have finalized our transaction without her.

Our sale almost fell through, so we had to switch Solicitors to ADK. We were under a lot of stress at this point because our buyers were at their wits' end, as you can imagine. I'm grateful for Farrah's kindness and understanding in getting the sale back on track. We finished teaching ADK in a few weeks, and this would not have been possible without Farrah.

I was recommended to ADK by a friend, from my initial request, Adk (Lorna) have dealt with the process fantastically. Yes we had a few issues but that was down to the 3rd party solicitors. Anytime I had a question about the purchase of the house, I was kept updated as to where everything was.
