Can’t give a high enough review. Have used ADK Law several times and would use them again. I use many solicitors and none have come close. William Speakman is very good at his job. Normally I spend my whole time chasing solicitors or doing their job for them. My daughter in law used them recently for a complicated sale and that also went through smoothly.

We've used Bilal from ADK Law 3 times now. He is always responds to emails promptly and acts quickly compared to most solicitors. Their price is lower than most of the other quotes we get, so we are always pleasantly surprised to get such good service.

Thank you ADK law, Rebekah in particular we’d recommend her to anyone looking for conveyancing service. The experience we have had is fantastic, she has made the transaction smooth, responds quickly to enquiries and emails, her communication is consistent throughout the process we have been fully informed every step of the way and no question from us has been an issue. I found this law firm on a comparison website. I was dubious but the reviews were great. I was assigned to Lucy Rodrigues, she was absolutely amazing. I was regularly updated. Lucy was fast but thorough. Nothing was ever too much trouble, a great solicitor and a lovely person. I started my mortgage application the beginning of January and completed on the 20th of February. I was working with Tom Ellor on the sale of our old house and purchase for the new home. Tom and his team worked very hard to get everything done as quick as possible. Due to few hiccups from the sale side our journey to move took longer than expected but in the end Tom helped us greatly and we appreciate it all. We used Adk Law Solicitors for the second time and (first time to pay off the Help to Buy scheme) both times everything went well and if in the future we will need solicitor's help, we will definitely use Adk Law Solicitors again. I recommend them to anyone who needs help and price wise, they are worth it, better than others.

I was apprehensive at first using an online solicitors as I had heard from others that communication was poor. I engaged ADK Law Solicitors to complete my house sale and buying in March 2023 and all work was completed by end Jan 24. During this time I always received prompt replies to all emails sent. They were very efficient and appeared to do their work in a good timely manner. I have no complaints at all over the 10 months that they were working on my behalf.
