ADK law did the conveyancing for the sale of our house. We have bought and sold a couple of properties in the recent years and the amount of chasing I had to do was frustrating and stressful - I was sure that is a standard thing in working with all solicitors.
But we were pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was in this case. William Speakman is excellent: we were impressed by his professional attitude. I got prompt and detailed replies to my emails and all the stages of conveyancing were done on time, at a speed I hadn't seen before, without any effort from us to chase them. He made the process so easy for us. We absolutely recommend ADK Law, and thank William Speakman for his work!

I have dealt with this company twice: once when purchasing a property and recently when selling a property. I have been extremely delighted with the service I have received from the company in general but in particular with the way in which Rebekah Jenkins dealt with both property transactions so efficiently and quickly. Every enquiry I made received a prompt, same-day reply and enquiries from the other party's solicitor were dealt with equally efficiently and promptly. Sarah A is the world’s best solicitor! She helped us through a VERY difficult sale and purchase which turned up a multitude of issues. She was always available, very responsive, and pulled the whole chain together in order to exchange and complete within hours of one another. I do not want to move house again, but if I did I would definitely be asking for Sarah if I did, she is amazing

I came across ADK Law on a comparison website when looking for a conveyancer to deal with my house purchase. Initially I was a little reluctant, with then being in Bolton and me a different area of the country. This did not impact in any way. The cost was very reasonable too in comparison to other quotes received, so I decided to give them a go.
Jinni Barwick was the solicitor acting for me and I can honestly say, I can not recommend her enough. Communication was frequent and always quick to respond to my queries. Jinni was brilliant at keeping things moving, keeping people in the chain updated and providing a brilliant overall service. I do not plan on moving anytime soon, but when I do ADK Law and Jinni will be my first port of call. I honestly cannot think of a single negative to add to this review. Thank you so much :)
