I used ADK law for the conveyancing of a high-rise leasehold flat purchase in London. William Speakman, our conveyancing solicitor, was excellent. He responded to emails promptly and kept us very well informed throughout the process with regular updates. As a first-time buyer, this made the whole process much easier and less stressful, taking the time to thoroughly explain legal issues, implications and options/solutions. My move was completed in just over three months at the quoted price which was highly competitive. He worked very hard until completion, but even better than that, he was easy to get on touch with. If I had anything that needed clearing up, or needed a catch up all I needed to do was email in the morning and Tom would call at some point the same day.
