Bilal Khan from ADK Solicitors helped us to sell a property in Manchester and cant thank enough for great work. We choose ADK specifically because Bilal was accessible to deal with all queries which provided much peace of mind. My previous experience with other conveyancing firms are not as good with ADK as lack of contact, never mind timely response, caused delays in the process which ultimately led to sale falling through. My experience with Tom Ellor from start to finish was nothing short of outstanding. An extremely competent , informative and diligent individual .Although we were in a small chain it was made unnecessarily difficult by our buyers choice of solicitors but Tom persisted throughout representing our interests to a successful conclusion. Thoroughly impressed and would strongly recommend him as he gets the job done. We were made aware of him by our Estate agents whom I'm sure are probably reliable judges in the area of conveyancing.

Found from an internet search and did not disappoint. Very competitive price and when we had to switch purchase from one property to another we could use the balance unspent on the first property on the second.
