This is the third, and hopefully last, time I have had to use the services of a legal conveyancing firm in less than 12 months! I have used ADK on all three Occasions and on each occasion Lorna was the the conveyancer. She was absolutely marvellous. Response to anything was prompt - 5 minutes. Any query was clearly sorted. There were some complexities to the sale due to the apartment being in a high rise. All this was handled with care and attention, and ultimately the sale completed on time with all items addressed within the specified timescales.
