Two Guys cookaholics club were treated to a morning of indulging in chocolate with a demonstration by Tyrone Hull from The Hampshire Confectioner.
First up was the mint macaroon masterclass, producing lime green macaroons with a dark chocolate centre. While watching the 'Kit from nightrider' of the oven world in action Tyrone explained the importance of oven temperature in baking.
Then a demonstration on salted caramel chocolates with tips about buying good quality chocolate.
As well as the 'compulsary' tasting of the finished products, guests were able to purchase some wonderful gifts.
A great morning was enjoyed by everyone who attended.
