Join us at Barrow Comedy Club – The Duke of Comedy on Thursday 19th September for a special community stand-up comedy night from a line-up of hilarious and amazing comedians from the circuit.
All proceeds will be going to our local community radio station, CandoFM 106.3, who are dedicated to the following:
"to inform and entertain"
"to promote aspiration"
"to provide opportunity"

The differences of community as opposed to commercial radio is the number of contributors. Over fifty local volunteers age ten to sixty-five. Taxi drivers to retired police, students, graduates, working and unemployed. One of the aims of our community radio is to celebrate and highlight the excellent work of our local community groups by offering free air time coverage to promote their good causes.
