Its that time of year when your kids need entertaining over the 2 week holiday period, yes the Easter holidays are upon us and its never easy when you are juggling the daily tasks of work, cooking at home, working on committees and fitting in your own social life!!

Here at The Best of Barnstaple we've compiled a list of activities that could keep your youngsters active and out of trouble, as well as free up time for you to enjoy yourselves too!

On 9th April Chambercombe Manor Trust are organising an Easter Egg Hunt with lots of extra activities organise, click here for all the details

There is lots going on at Libbaton Golf Club - a Junior Bingo night on 7th April as a fundraising event for their ever growing junior section. Plus there is free golf for adults and juniors on 12th and 14th April. Book in and bond with your kids!

North Devon's Biosphere Reserve are organising a number of Rock Pool Rambles through out the year with the next one on 10th of April, check out details here

The swimming pool in Barnstaple won't be opening until the end of April so its well worth a trip to South Molton for family swimming fun, info here.

For the grown ups there's a wide range of activities to chose from too.
