To date, Sport England have helped over 1,800 projects to improve and refurbish sports clubs or transform non-sporting venues into modern grassroots sport facilities.
Whether you are a club, local authority, school or parish council, Sport England could help you improve your facilities.
Grants are available from £20,000 to £75,000 (up to £150,000 for statutory bodies) for any organisation eligible to receive Lottery funding.
Your application should show how your project will keep and ideally attract more people to sport and that your project is needed and wanted by the local community.
The Deadline for applications is: 11 January 2016.
