Barnstaple's Town Council's Christmas Fayre & Carol Service

The event runs from 6.30pm to 8.30pm in the Pannier Market, and will feature a carol concert, The Military Wives Choir and Father Christmas.  Some 50 plus Christmas-themed market stalls will offer gifts, arts and crafts, and there will be a specially created dining area providing local and speciality food and drink.

Proceeds from this annual event go to the Mayor's chosen charities for 2016/2017 –Barnstaple Dementia Alliance Group, ChemoHero, Honey’s Bravery Bags and North Devon Hospice. 

Anticipated timings are:

6.30pm        Mayor to welcome and open the Fayre, market     stalls open, music from Barnstaple Concert Band.

6.45pm        Community Carol service led by local choir groups and town councillors.

7.10pm        Stalls continue, entertainment, distribution of candy canes to children by councillors.

7.30pm        The Military Wives Choir will perform.

8.30pm        Fayre closes.
