The dispenser was still blocked. I called RSM and was told that the machine would probably require a very expensive part and it might be cheaper to buy a new machine. On 19 January 2018 a Hotpoint engineer diagnosed that the problem was blocked detergent in the feed. He unblocked the dispenser in two minutes. Very, very unimpressed with RSM!
