In October 2017 RSM fitted a new door seal on my Hotpoint washing machine. I was charged £125.79 in total for the part, labour and VAT. At the same time I asked the engineer to deal with a blocked fabric conditioner dispenser. He said that it needed a new valve, £74.10 in total, and he fitted the valve a week later. The dispenser was still blocked. I called RSM and was told that the machine would probably require a very expensive part and it might be cheaper to buy a new machine. On 19 January 2018 a Hotpoint engineer diagnosed that the problem was blocked detergent in the feed. He unblocked the dispenser in two minutes. Very, very unimpressed with RSM!
Our Bosch washing machine just stopped working and with four people in the house this is a dismal situation. A call to RSM. Lovely lady on the phone. Home visit arranged for the afternoon the same day and the appliance mended rapidly by a very courteous man. Thank you. Rob, Woking.
Great customer service from RSM when buying a new hob. Advice was given over the telephone & when I went into the shop. Very competitive prices & I recommend going to this store over other larger chains. The appliance was even carried to my car for me! Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you, you now have another loyal customer!
The staff at RSM were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was buying a small appliance but they were still happy to spend time finding alternative options and unpacking them from the box to show me each one. If I need a larger item I will definitely go to RSM before trying other electrical retailers. The prices were very competitive too.
