Help, I'm not ready to die! But if I have to eventually, do I really need a solicitor?

It is a fact that for each of us that has our names recorded in the birth register, so too will we eventually be written up in the register of deaths.

Why then is the topic of death so rarely discussed?

Logic would usually dictate that if a significant event lies ahead of us, and that event is unaviodable, (the uncertainty being only the timing), then to plan for it would make 100% sense.

To that end, David Lunn, a solicitor in TWM Solicitor's private client team has written a thorough and helpful guide on the topics of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration (Probate).
