My mum has been struggling with her hearing for a long time & was getting to the point where I had to shout for her to hear me, found Frieda on Google and saw the reviews and was convinced, within half hour mums hearing was back better than ever and she is so happy! Thank you so much! I can finally hear again!!! My ears had been blocked for quite a while and I was finding it extremely difficult to hear, and be in the water without them getting clogged. After visiting, my ears were immediately clean, she was very quick and efficient and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you 🙏🏼 I would highly recommend:)

Frieda was very good and thorough. She took her time and was very attentive. Talked me throughout the process. Good atmosphere and speedy service.The treatment was very effective and both ears were cleared of wax. It was good value for an instant solution to an irritating problem. I would recommend her services to others as my experience was very positive. I would use her again. The clinic is local for me and in a prestigious area. I was well received and seen to very quickly. Overall it was a good experience and I left feeling as though I have been well treated.

As a musician I have suffered some ear damage so I went to Frieda to get some especially moulded ear plugs. I really wanted plugs which significantly reduced the noise volume in noisy situations. These plugs are so much better than the standard musicians plugs which aren't properly fitted.
The whole process was very straightforward, 5 minutes for the mould to be applied and set, and pick them up in another couple of days.
Frieda is very experienced so you are in safe hands. I even arranged for her to do a home visit to my elderly mother to de-wax her ears. That visit has made a huge difference to my mother's hearing and has improved her quality of life.
