I would like to say a big thank you to the specialist for the treatment myself and my husband received. I was very nervous beforehand, but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The whole treatment went smoothly, and we were both very pleased with the care we received.

Great, smooth process. Frieda explained every process clearly and why it was happening as well as what could cause the issues. Provided aftercare for the ear canal after irrigation and suction. Would definitely go again for any future issues!
