I've dealt with Think Insurance for several years now for my motor trader policy and they have been excellent. For those of you who know about motor trade policies they can be a nightmare and a minefield of clauses. Believe me I've dealt with other companies that have been awful, but Think Insurance have been excellent and consistent throughout.<br><br>I've dealt with Reggie at Think and he explains everything perfectly, he talks to you like your a person and not that he's reading everything from a pre prepared script like other companies.<br><br>If your in the market for Insurance then you'd be crazy not to give these guys a call.

Very helpful friendly and informative staff, information was freely given to steer me towards finding a car that that meets my needs and a reasonable insurance price, that was not over complicated. Other insurance web based quotes wasted 20 minutes of my time, only to turn round and say the vehicle was too old, too powerful etc. I can highly recommend Think Insurance. Thank you Sam and all the team that have helped me.

This is the only insurance Broker I've been with from day once since I could drive, and today was the first time I've had to renew and it has been absolutely seamless on the private car side there is a girl called Justine and the only way I can describe her is that she is a comparison master as she looked through maybe different insurers to get the best possible quote. I was over the moon when she got me a policy which I could afford and without a Black box!!!! Miracles do cone true when you insure with Think... The Admin girls are brill if you ever have an questions they are always happy to help and give constructive advice for young drivers struggling with there blockbox and the rules they must stick to. Got in over there an insure with them :))

After trying the usual comparison websites then watching the quotes rise every time you blinked & looked back I stumbled across Think via Google not only did they provide the cheapest quote but as my lad is abroad serving with the armed forces it created many problems which happy to say the girls on the phone lines were happy to help with providing outstanding customer service & patience with me - thank you

What absolutely top rate customer service from Think Insurance. Charlotte was friendly, personable and informative. Trying to get insurance for my 17 year old son who had just passed his test was a nightmare until i called Think Insurance. By far and away the most comprehensive and young driver friendly company and beat some quotes i'd had by half. Charlotte explained the policy and conditions clearly and concisely, gave us several payment options and answered all questions with confident knowledge. Would highly recommend this company to my friends children who have test coming up.

I just want to say that think insurance are absolutely brilliant! I cannot praise Lee Smith for his outstanding customer care and his absolute focus on giving the customer a second to none service! Nothing was too much trouble for him and his help with what i can only describe as a very very difficult problem was above and beyond what i would have expected from any insurance company. Lee did everything he could to give me the right information and rang me back numerous times to check i was totally happy with all the information i had to deal with. He is really good at dealing with difficult problems and very pleasant, polite and so cheerful. Well done Lee, Think insurance should be so proud to have you as part of the team! After endless phone call's trying to sort out insurance after a 'run in with the law', I came across THINK Insurance and got into contact with Jamie. Understanding, sympathetic and very supportive, Jamie sorted me with a great insurance quote considering I only have a year no claims bonus being a young driver. Jamie understood my situation where other insurance companies did not even comprehend the situation never mind give me a reasonable quote. I would recommend any young driver with any pending convictions to contact Jamie, I can assure you that he will get you the best quote, with the best Brummie charm.
